noticed something above the beast's head. It was like a barrier but it was surrounding something that looked like a wolf. The beast threw her in the cage and she hit the wall again. Ethen turned and smiled as Ember leaned against the wall as he said, "this time will be fun."
Ember was mad as she said, "he's got me out before he'll do it again." Ethen glared at her and said, "I underestimated him last time but now I know his weakness is you. He doesn't care about what happens to him so long as you're safe. I've seen it, the key to making him suffer is you." she glared at him as he laughed and said, "good night." he shot her again with the tranquilizer dart. she woke up to something moving hair out of her face and almost didn't want to open her eyes as she did.
Gray smiled down at her; She was now on the bed that was in the cell. She smiled back up at him and he asked, "how are you feeling?" she could see he was worried though he tried to hide it so she wouldn't worry. she smiled a little and said, "I'll be fine my head hurts but It's alright." Gray looked at her head when Ethen's voice rang through the room.
Gray gave a tight smile as he said, "come out of the cage with me. I don't want him sending the beast after you again." Gray helped her up and they walked out. He found a place to sit and gave her sword to her in case she needed it. she sat there and watched as he made a barrier and moved to fight Ethen.
A cage dropped down from the ceiling around Gray and Ethen it made Ember worry but she knew Gray could handle it. The beast came out of nowhere and hit the barrier as he did Ember saw the barrier above its head and aimed for it. As the barrier Gray made went
