Chapter 11
It would open at the entrance of the castle; she then opened one under her as the pack ran through the portal outside the barrier. she pictured Gray and the place she saw him last when she came out, she fell on the ground she was still week. Alexandra and Demetrius where about to leave when she got there Demetrius caught her immediately, he tied her up and Alexandra made Gray start the sacrifice. he cut her ankles first and as he was cutting her wrist, she kissed him the smoke wrapped around her and pulled her down quickly. as it did, she saw Gray brake free and come towards her but by then she was being pulled through the portal she smiled at him happy he was free again.
she could see monsters leaving more portals as she went through. Alexandra started to Gray as he shook the last of the control and jumped into the portal without a second thought. he was angry they made him sacrifice her but he knew he needed to get her back before he did anything else he called to the swords as he ran. he left one in the portal to ensure it wouldn't close on them he wasn't sure he could open it back if it did close there was a lot of fire there and there were trees but they were dead and on fire the building looked like ruins it was dark here. Ember was pulled in as she looked up to see who had her, she saw a boy who looked about her age but she knew that probably wasn't right.
he grabbed her chin making her look at him he had black hair and red eyes. he kissed her and a tear rolled down her cheek as she managed to push away, he caught her and said, "you can't leave so stop fighting your mine your body and your soul are mine now." he kissed her again and she felt her strength start to leave
