Ember smiled as she listened to Kayla then Ember heard someone in the other room. The members of the pack that stayed started growling as Ember opened the door and saw Mike and Jack. She shut the door back and the pack stayed in front of the door. Mike and Jack started calling for her to come out. Kayla heard some of it and asked, "what's going on there."
Ember shook her head as she said, "two of the other people who say they're trying to protect me are here and I don't want to speak with them. Gray's dogs are keeping them out of the room I'm in. they just don't want to listen so they can leave or stay out there with the dogs." Kayla asked, "can't Gray make them go away?" Ember rolled her eyes as she said, "he's told them, I've told them, and Anna's told them they just aren't listening." Kayla laughed a little and said, "sorry but at least I know you have someone watching you." Ember said, "yah thanks."
Kayla said, "I have to go moms calling me." Ember smiled a little as she said, "I will talk to you later." she hung up the phone and heard them calling to her again then she heard Gray ask, "what's going on in here?" Ember opened the door and said, "next time you leave don't tell them." Gray came over and said, "I'm sorry were they causing you trouble?"
As he moved behind her and put his arm around her. she leaned into him as Anna got Mike and Jack out, they weren't happy as they left. Gray went to sit down and Ember went to help Anna cook dinner. When they were done, they ate and Ember decided
