When he saw she had woken up he asked, "are you okay?" she nodded and asked, "where are we? what happened?" he smiled, He was glad she was okay now as he said, "we're at sanctuary the water healed you a little. it's not supposed to be able to heal humans but for some reason it can heal you just not completely." Ember sat up and said, "how long have we been here?" he said, "since yesterday. I went back and let everyone know you were safe and that I would bring you back when you woke up."
Ember was still tired as she looked around, they were surrounded by thorns creating a little cave. When they walked out, she found they were near a hot spring. The heat from the spring warmed the place up. The thorns surrounding them expanded around the spring with a small entrance at one end and there was a waterfall on the other side that had rocks surrounding it. Gray opened the portal that led back to Pete's house as he said, "we should get back so the others can see that you're okay."
she smiled and said, "okay." when they walked through the portal Anna came up to Ember and looked at her as she asked, "how are you feeling today?" Ember smiled and said, "I feel much better." Anna looked at Ember, hugged her and relaxed as she said, "oh thank goodness we were so worried about you." Anna then looked at Gray and asked, "what happened you ran off without telling us anything?"
he said, "I heard a woman's voice she told me Ember was poisoned by a demon and I needed to get her to sanctuary or she would die. I could tell she was telling the truth but the water..." he paused for a second before continuing with "then she gave me her word that Ember would be fine in the water she later
