Gray's eyes narrowed a little as he said, "this is Ember, I've claimed her as mine and she's not a pest you are." June flinched and said, "you've claimed a hunter."
Gray was extremely mad at June; the only reason he hadn't dealt with her was because he hadn't claimed Ember at the time June attacked Ember. Now he was just waiting for June to give him a reason but June figured that out quickly, still June was angry and then even more so when Gray told her that Ember was now a shifter granted that power by Ava after saving the spring. June wanted to kill Ember but stayed back knowing Gray would defend Ember. June walked away mad as Gray took Ember's hand and they finished their walk. They went back to the house and ate after they were done.
Gray said, "I'll be back soon." he left Ember as she was talking to the pack. Gray had decided to go check in on the gift he asked, James (Nala's dad) to make. James is a member of Kojak's pack and a Jeweler. James had salt and pepper hair and jade green eyes.
James told Gray it would be ready by now so Gray headed straight there James smiled as Gray arrived and said, "I think you're girl will like this." He led Gray to the back and showed him the bracelet. Gray smiled as he saw it and said, "I hope so." Gray paid him and James asked, "is the girl you claimed the same girl who saved the spring today and is she the girl we found in sanctuary that day?" James was working when Ember was captured by June and had only herd about what happened and wanted to make sure he herd correctly.
Gray told him "yes she is." James smiled and asked, "so then did she really gain the power to shift after saving the spring?" Gray said, "yes she is a black wolf now." James kept his smile as he said, "so the
