She grabbed the sword from Gray and made a barrier just barely stopping a man who was attacking. Gray and Alice were mad as they pulled Ember behind them.
While Ember tried to figure out who they were going for, when she saw it was Alice, Ember took the swords apart and made a portal under him, sending him away to the line of hunter's, making the portal a decent distance from the ground. She then turned her attention to Blake and asked, Jack, "I have a question about the treaty and the rules. Are there any that say a claimed can't attack a hunter?" Jack shook his head and then said, "no most are claimed because they can't fight so it's pointless to make a rule like that." Ember smiled and said, "good then they can't be blamed." Ember made a barrier between her and the shifters; she asked, the sword to extend it past her reach and to make it where Gray couldn't come through either.
She opened a portal under Jack and moved him to the hunters and she followed. She made a barrier the same as on the shifters side on the hunters side making sure no one could enter. she went back to the shifters side and said, loud and clear, "this is my fight no one can retaliate if I lose its my decision." The pack tried to join Ember but Gray stopped them. He agreed to what Ember said, he trusted she could win but he wasn't happy about it.
