a little surprised for different reasons. Jack didn't know Gray but it was rare for a shifter to want to protect a hunter. Pete knew Gray cared about Ember but the more he saw how Gray was around her the more it surprised him. Gray just shook his head and said, "I'll be back all of you stay here and watch over Ember until I get back."
They wanted to know where he was going but he just left. He needed to calm down before Ember woke up and he couldn't just sit there and do nothing. He left his coat with her. It would help hide her a little but it wouldn't hide her dreams from Demetrius. Gray knew that with as hurt as Demetrius was, he would leave her alone for now. The fact he doesn't know where she is will help too.
Gray grabbed his extra coat and went to Angela's to grab Ember's bag of clothes he thought she might want to change when she woke up. When he got back, he asked, Lilly to put it in the room with Ember. she smiled at him as she took the bag and took it to the room. she could see he had finally calmed down and when Lilly came back out, he looked in and could see Ember was still asleep. he asked, "has she woke up yet?"
Lilly said, "no she's been asleep the whole time." he nodded It made him worry and he wanted to sit next to her until she woke up but went to sit down in the living room instead. When Ember woke up, the next morning she was in Mike's room and there was another boy there whose name was mike. He had blonde hair and brown eyes. He was way too close for her comfort.
Ember managed to push him back but fell out of the bed as she did. Gray heard the noise and pushed the door open and ran up to Ember. he was worried
