"Hyunjin, Soojin. Your turn." The staff told Hyunjin and I.
We then stood up and, after greeting all the musicians, sat down on our stools and waited for the music to begin.
"Relax!" I told Hyunjin as he looked too tense.
Finally the music began and with that our turn to sing.

When I say something like this – You always
change subjects pretending you didn’t hear anything" He sang making me smile inside.

I think you are just like the dream" I sang my part of the chorus.
"Dream that I get to keep thinking

That’s you" He sang his part.

"People say we’re really cute couple
I know, she knows, actually I also think so
But sometimes I get worried about you
And then I feel sad alone" He really had to say that in the song. I didn't think I had ever heard anyone say it, though.
"Hmm, you’re telling a lie

That’s you" We finally finished, looking at each others' eyes.
"See, it wasn't that difficult!" I told him during the outro and we both laughed. "I really like how it turned out."
Once the song ended, we both did a fist bump and joked around before standing up to applaud the musicians and thank them.
"That was actually really good!" The director told us. "Both of your performances' chemistry was really good too. I'm sure the audience will love them."
"Thank you." We all said and bowed.
"In an hour go to the lobby. Don't change clothes, okay?" He told us.
"Okay, thank you!" We said and left the room to go back to our room.
"Okay, what was that?" Mika asked us. "'You are just as beautiful as you were yesterday. No, you are more beautiful than you were yesterday'?"
"What? It was meant to be a love song, wasn't it?" Hyunjin defended. "Plus, your song was living diabetes, so I don't get what you are talking about."
"That's because they are living disbetes, Jinnie." I said and quickly covered my mouth. "Sorry, Hyunjin."
"Sorry?" He asked confused.
"Since when do you call him Jinnie? Isn't he older than you?" Mika asked confused.
"Wait, do I sense a couple's nickname?" Chan teased.
"No, I just..." I tried to explain.
"I told her a long time ago that she could just speak informally to me when we were alone. She just said it without noticing." Hyunjin simply explained. "It's not a couple's nickname, you sometimes even call me that too, Chan."
"Okay, fair point." He said. "By why only speak informally when you two are slone."
"If I spoke to him informally in front of people who don't know we are close, I may sound rude. It's better if we just stick to the informalities when alone." I explained.
"We also decided to keep it formal with all of you so that she doesn't get used to speaking informally." He said. "It's basically just to prevent any confusion, really."
"Okay...?" Mika said before changing topic. "I really want to go for a walk, does anyone want to come?"
"With these clothes?" I told her. "People will think we're going to a wedding."
"Who cares?" She said. "Are you coming or not?"
"No, thank you." I told her.
"You two can go together. I'm not going third wheeling." Hyunjin agreed with me.
"Okay, then. See you later!" Chan said.
They then left and Hyunjin and I finally reached our room and went inside. Once there, I layed down on the bed and stretched.
"'Jinnie'... We were nearly caught because of a simple 'Jinnie'." Hyunjin said taking off his blazer. "A nickname you gave me over two years ago."
"What matters is that nothing happened." I told him.
"But we were really close." He said and sat down next to me. "It's really difficult to keep such a big thing secret.
"Maybe we should stop seeing it as hiding." I suggested and he looked at me confused. "What I mean is that we should just act naturally around each other. Obviously we can't kiss or hold hands, but we should just be natural. I don't know about the others, but Miks told me a few days ago we were acting oddly."
"I think I get what you mean." He said. "We've been so focused on hiding it that we kind of forgot how to even act around each other. We are definitely newbies at this."
"Hey, at least we're trying." I said kissing the back of his hand.
