Ajax lives a mundane life.
Then, one day, he meets North.
And, it seems they are starting to fall in love.
The problem is that only Ajax can see North.
A supernatural boy's love story.
Ajax left the restaurant alone while Huntley had gone out with one of the girls he was flirting with earlier. Though, he was drunk, he decided to walk home hoping that the cold air would do him some good to sober up. Besides, his place was only six blocks away from the restaurant.
The footway was empty, and the street had few vehicles passing by. When he reached the fourth block and was about to make a turn at the corner, he saw a guy dressed in a black leather jacket, black pants, and black boots on the other side of the road. The guy was about to cross the pedestrian lane while the light for the 'do not walk' sign was lit. Ajax then saw a truck that was fast approaching.
"Hey, you!" Ajax shouted.
The guy was startled. He stopped and stayed on the sidewalk.
"Are you blind? The light is still red!"
The guy dressed in all black just stared at Ajax.
After that, Ajax then went on his way home.
He took the keys from his pants' front pocket and inserted it into the keyhole, but he dropped it. And, when he tried to reach for it on the concrete floor, he banged his forehead against the copper doorknob.
After he grabbed the keys on the floor, he rested his head against the door, took hold of the doorknob with his left hand, and, as he tried to fit the key in the hole using his other hand, suddenly, he stopped and fell asleep while standing.
The guy dressed in all black followed Ajax home. Once, he reached the second floor, he walked behind Ajax. The young man neared his mouth to Ajax's right ear.
"Wake up." He said plainly, as his breath could be seen due to the coldness of the night.
Ajax regained consciousness, he continued to open the door. Once, he was able to, he stepped inside the apartment and closed the door behind him.
