Thus, L'Nykt's second-in-command and soldiers ran down the mountain and invaded the palace. Only a hand of soldiers were left on the mountain to protect the King of the Vatr Clan.
Meanwhile, the Orakulua escorted by damoiseaux, passed the corridor and into the Garden of Halycon. Once, they reached the garden, the damoiseaux broke their formation. Five of the damoiseaux guarded the entryway of the garden while the other four damoiseaux continued to escort the Orakulua.
Behind the tall scrubs, they accessed the secret door. The two damoiseaux entered first, followed by the Orakulua and the other two damoiseaux followed after.
Since they left the Orakulua's chamber, the damoiseau who informed the Orakulua about the invasion, fled the group before they reach the garden of Halycon. He deviated from the protocol as his conscience would not let him abandon the young oracles.
"Come young oracles," the damoiseau grabbed Number One and Number Two hands. "The palace is under attack. I must bring you to safety."
The palace experienced the second wave of attack from the Vatr clan. The Forest Clan could barely defend the palace as they were being outnumbered. Still, they held their stand bravely.
From on top of the mountain overlooking the palace, L'Nykt was pleased with his handiwork. However, his gloating was short-lived. Oisin's forces arrived from every direction of the valley which was five hundred folds more than the Vatr's troops.
Oisin's soldiers swamped the enemies like hungry killer bees would attack anyone who disturbed their beehive. Oisin instructed Aito to find the young oracles while he searched for the Orakulua. He passed by the chamber where the King of the Phoenix was.
Rowan was covered in blood and there two soldiers laying on the floor burnt to death.
