The news travelled fast across the land of Adamah about what happened in Nuraghe especially about the High General of the Forest clan, Oisin, attempting to steal the necklace of Mala which resulted to his excommunication from the Order of Light. The High Council of the circular court found the High General of the Forest clan guilty of treason and was sentenced to death by stoning.
Aito was in his chambers crying out of sheer anger and sadness upon the fate of his childhood friend and brother.
"I do not know what is happening." Aito said to myself. "My brother said his visions demanded great sacrifice ... but death? How could Heaven be so cruel? I have to do something."
Aito, then, remembered the conversation he had with Oisin inside the cave behind the waterfall and the promise he made to his brother.
[When the time comes, and it will be very soon. You must promise me that you will fill my place and do your duties to our clan for the greater good Adamah.]
[Promise me that you will perform your duties no matter what happens.]
Those words resonated in his psyche.
"I have to fulfill that promise I made to brother Oisin." Aito said. "I may not know what's going now or how I can save him. But, I promise I will find the truth and I won't let my brother's sacrifice go in vain."
Aito started to gather some of his things and placed it in his duffel bag. He decided to travel to Nuraghe and seek the Council of Regents compassion to regress their sentence of death to his brother Oisin.
As he continued packing the essence things that he would need in his journey, there was a knock at his chamber's door.
"Come in." It was one of the Orakulua's damoiseaux.
"Lieutenant General Aito," The damoiseaux began to say. "The Orakulua wishes to speak to you."
