Ajax lives a mundane life.
Then, one day, he meets North.
And, it seems they are starting to fall in love.
The problem is that only Ajax can see North.
A supernatural boy's love story.
"Nothing?!" King Nike replied. "Surely, the Child King has all to gain from all of this."
"With all due respect, your Highness," Prince Luca began to say. "His Majesty King Henry lost everything. Of all people you should know that! And, I or the Aeolian clan has nothing to gain from all of this!"
The prince of the Aeolian said sternly.
"It is for the sake of the entire Adamah, for the greater good of people from all race that we, the Aeolians, take part in this peace process."
"Peace ..." The king stood from his throne and gracefully walked down the steps as he continued to speak. "Peace, eh?"
He continued to walk until he was face-to-face with the prince of the Aeolian clan.
"Peace you say?! Damn, the peace that you are trying to advocate! How dare you talk about peace when my son, my first born son, heir to the throne was abducted by those repulsive people who are with no sense of honor or pride as to stoop so low and recourse in cowardice act such as abduction! Damned your peace! Damned us all!"
There was utterly silence in the great hall that only thunderclaps roaring force could be heard.
Prince Luca never bat an eye and looked directly at the king's eyes with utter kindness and empathy.
"I, my king," Prince Luca replied with his voice so gentle. "Could never imagine, and perhaps, will never feel the pain of your heart right now."
The king and the prince continued to looked into each other's eyes.
"But, I, Adamah's humble servant, beg of you, to practice caution and reason, if not for the sake of Adamahns, at least for the sake of your children."
Prince Luca paused.
"You and I fought side by side throughout the years of the Great War. We saw what war brought to our people, to our land and to the essence of our very own existence. Do you want your children to live in a time where we had lived? We had nothing then except fear, hate, despair, death ... all those countless and meaningless deaths. And, now that we are at peace, you would bring war without fear in your heart, without fear for the future of this world and without fear for the future of your beloved sons?"
The prince of Aeolian said as tears began to fall from his eyes.
"If your conscience can agree to all to that, then I say, DAMNED TO US ALL!"
