Niall and Kristyn were dating, and it was currently the middle of the night. Kristyn's parents were out of town, so she was home alone, and Niall was at his place. Kristyn was sleeping fine till all of a sudden she started having a nightmare.

"Niall, please don't go," Kristyn called out as Niall packed his suitcase. "Niall," she said again through sobs as he zipped his luggage closed, and started walking to the door. "Niall," she said once more, barely above a whisper this time. Niall finally turned around to face her. "Kristyn, I'm sorry but I don't love you anymore. I found someone else," he said as he turned around and went out the door. And just like that, the love of her life walked out on her to be a with someone different. Kristyn slid to the floor, her body racking with sobs as the door just behind him.

Kristyn shot up gasping for breath as tears streamed down her face. Kristyn tried to ease her heavy breathing, but the sobs coming from her weren't helping. She glanced over at the alarm clock that read '4:00am.' Kristyn thought for a second, and knew she needed Niall, so she scrolled to his contact in her cell phone, and sat while the phone rang. Normally, he answered on the first or second ring, but this time it took him a little longer. "Hello?" Niall asked, his accent super thick, and Kristyn knew she had woken him up. A sob escaped her mouth as she went to say something, and Niall sat up in his bed concerned. "Babe, what's wrong?" Niall said with a very evident trace of worry in his voice. "Niall..co-could you come over? I had a rea-really bad nightmare, and I-I don't want to be alone," Kristyn asked through sobs, and before she could even finish the sentence, Niall was getting his shoes on. "I'll be right there, baby," Niall said before ending the call, and rushing over to Kristyn's house.
Niall let himself in and went straight up to Kristyn's bedroom. His heart broke into a million pieces when he heard her crying, and he was quick to get over to her. He got in her bed, and pulled her as close as humanly possible. Kristyn cried into Niall's chest, and he tried to pull her even closer. "What was your nightmare about, babe?" he asked her as he looked down at her. "You stopped loving me, and you left me to be with someone else," Kristyn said as she wiped the tears that were still coming down. "Oh, Kristyn! That will never ever happen! I love you wayyyy to much!" Niall said feeling awful that Kristyn had such a horrible dream, and he rubbed her back to calm her down. Kristyn nodded and she cuddled deeper into Niall's chest. He continued to rub her back until she fell into a sleep, and Niall fell asleep himself holding her close.
The next morning, Kristyn woke up to Niall missing from the bed and the smell of breakfast coming from the kitchen. It wasn't but just a second later that Niall came walking in with a plate. "Good morning, babe! I made breakfast!" he said sitting it down on the nightstand and kissing her over and over again causing Kristyn to giggle. "Thank you, Niall!" she said as he got his own plate, and they ate breakfast in bed. After that, they had a great day, and Niall pampered Kristyn all morning to show her how much he loved her, and that the nightmare wouldn't ever come true.
