Niall and Kristyn were dating, and they were on tour with the boys of One Direction; Liam, Kristyn's brother, Harry, and Louis. Kristyn had noticed that Niall had been acting nervous all day, but she assumed it was just because it was the first show of the tour, so she brushed it off and didn't think too much about it. As the boys were getting ready for the concert, Kristyn decided to take a walk around the backstage of the venue by herself and look around to pass the time. Liam had noticed that Niall had been acting nervous all day long, and he saw Niall sitting by himself on the couch in the dressing room, so he took it as a perfect time to go ask him what was up. "You alright, mate? You have seemed a little off today, what's made you so nervous?" Liam asked walking next to where Niall was on the couch, and Niall took a breath before looking up at Liam with a smile. "I know this is normally a question to ask your dad...but since he is not here anymore, I wanted to ask you if I could have your permission to marry Kristyn. I love her so much, and she's just the best person ever," Niall said and sighed once he finally got the question asked. Liam thought of a response for a minute before saying, "Niall, I know you will be the perfect husband for my sister. It's been so tough on her since our parents passed away, and you have been there for her through all of it. So yes, you have my blessing." "Thank you so much, Liam!" Niall said ecstatically, and hopped up to hug Liam. "Absolutely, mate! Thank you for being so good to her!" Liam said and they got back to getting ready for the show.
The show went wonderfully, and they all headed back to the hotel for the night. "You did great tonight!" Kristyn smiled and kissed Niall as she stood outside the hotel room door he was sharing with Louis and Harry. "Thank you, I love you!" Niall said and hugged her close. "I love you too! See you in the morning," Kristyn said before walking to her and Liam's shared hotel room. Kristyn had to share with Liam since her and Niall weren't married yet. "I'm so glad you're on tour with us again, sis," Liam smiled as they got ready for bed. "I'm glad to be here. I just wish mom and dad could've been here like always too. It's weird without them here for the first show like normal," Kristyn said with a frown and Liam nodded. "I know, Kristyn. I miss them too," Liam said coming over to hug Kristyn. After sharing a moment hugging, the two of them sat around sharing great memories they had of their parents and how much they missed them before they settled in to go to sleep.
"Morning!" Kristyn heard as there was a knock at their hotel room door. "Morning, Ni!" Liam said before the door shut back behind him. "Where's Kristyn?" Niall asked as he walked in and sat on the chair in the room. "Bathroom, she's getting dressed and ready for the day," Liam explained and Niall nodded with a smile, and Kristyn came out of the room shortly after. "Hey babe!" she said as she joined saw him. "Hey gorgeous!" he said standing up to give her a kiss. "Do you want to go on a date today, since we have the day off?" Niall asked with a smile and Kristyn smiled back. "Sure!" she said and they lounged around until it was time to get lunch. "I'm so excited!" Kristyn said after they had grabbed lunch, and now they were headed to see the Eiffel Tower. "I am too!" Niall said as they walked hand in hand to the large monument. "Wow! It's huge!" Kristyn said as they arrived to it. "It is!" Niall agreed as they took in the view. As they were looking at it, Kristyn noticed that Niall had moved onto the ground, and she looked over to get a better look at what he was doing. When she looked down, she realized that he was down on one knee with a small black box in his hand. "Kristyn, I love you so incredibly much! I couldn't imagine my life without you, will you marry me?" Niall asked as he popped the box open, and revealed the prettiest ring she had ever seen. "Yes, of course!" Kristyn said with the biggest smile ever. Niall returned the smile back as he slid the ring on her finger, and stood up to kiss her. "I love you so much!" he said and hugged Kristyn tight. "I love you so much too!" Kristyn replied as she was still processing the question she had just been asked.
Niall and Kristyn headed back to the hotel before grabbing a few photos, and they went back up to their private floor where Louis, Harry, and Liam were currently playing soccer in the hall. "Hey boys!" Niall beamed as he walked up holding Kristyn's hand. "Hey!" Liam said knowing Niall's plan for the day, and running over to see if she had said yes, even though he knew she absolutely would. Kristyn held her hand up for Liam to see, and he lit up with joy. "You did it! That's so great! I'm so proud of you two!" Liam said pulling the two of them into a big hug. "Thanks, Li!" Niall said and Kristyn did too. "Wait, what happened?" Louis asked as their attention was drawn to the two of them. "You're looking at the future Mrs. Horan!" Niall said and Kristyn showed them the ring. "Oh guys!! That's awesome!" Harry said hugging them, and Louis followed suit. "Thanks you guys!" Kristyn and Niall said before going into the hotel room to hang out for the rest of the day together. They posted pictures on Instagram and watched all the supportive comments roll in, and they overall just enjoyed time together for the rest of the day, and that night went sightseeing some more in the city. "I have had the best day ever!" Kristyn said as they walked back into the hotel for the night. "I have too!" Niall agreed with a smile. "I can't wait to get married!" Kristyn said as they walked up to their hotel floor. "I can't wait to get married either!" Niall said back before kissing Kristyn as they arrived to his door. "I love you!" Kristyn said before they finished saying goodnight. "I love you more!" Niall smiled as he opened the door to his room and blew a kiss to her. "Ew, come on lovebirds," Harry said walking by as he returned to their room from the vending machines. "Night boys," Kristyn laughed as they went their separate ways for the night, and they had an amazing tour and were married shortly after the tour ended.
