Niall and Kristyn Horan has quite an interesting life; they had three daughters, twins Kaylyn and Irelyn, and their baby girl Isla. They also lived with Liam Payne, Kristyn's twin and Niall's bandmate and best friend. And currently Taylor Swift, Liam and Kristyn's older stepsister, was in town on tour. She had never met her nieces, so when she had the opportunity to visit, she jumped on the chance. Even though she was their stepsister, Liam and Kristyn always treated and looked at her like a blood sister. Taylor was a singer, Niall and Liam were in One Direction, and Kristyn was a dentist who owned her own practice. During Taylor's stay, Kristyn had noticed that Taylor and Niall were having some pain in the back of their mouths. She knew they were hiding it from her, and with her being a dentist, she could always tell when someone was in pain. Liam stood at the kitchen door one morning as he watched Kristyn prepare her lunch for work. "Ya know, I have noticed that Taylor and Niall have both been having pain in their mouths. They aren't telling me, so I was wondering if you could try and get them to the office today, so I can see what's going on?" Kristyn asked as she washed her hands. "Sure!! Oh, I have an idea! I'll act like I have a toothache, and I'll say that I'm 'scared' and I'll ask them both to come with me for moral support!" Liam concocted. "That sounds like a great plan!" Kristyn said high-fiving her twin, and then he pulled her into a hug. "I'll see you soon then!" Liam said, and Kristyn grabbed her bag and keys. "I'll see you then!" she said running out the door to get to work.
When Taylor and Niall came downstairs for the day, Liam sprang into action to start the secret plan. He looked as they were sitting on the couch, and then he held his face as he walked into the room with them. "Whoa, Liam! Are you okay?" Niall asked seeing Liam "in pain." "No...I have an awful toothache," Liam said as he sat down on the couch and rubbed his cheeks. "Oh no, Liam!" Taylor said concerned. "Would you guys go with me to Kristyn's office, I'm scared...I really don't want to go by myself?" Liam acted, and Niall and Taylor started nodding. "Of course we will, Liam!" Taylor and Niall said standing up to get ready. As they walked up the stairs, Liam smiled and said "yes!" at his victory of getting them to go with him. A few minutes later, they gathered the girls together, and they all piled into the car. As Liam drove them down to the office, he kept up his acting with an occasional groan here and there, and he constantly rubbed his face.
Meanwhile, Kristyn had gotten to her office. "Hey guys!" she said walking into the door and opening her office with her keys. "Hey!" they said as they all sat and chatted behind the desk before the patients started rolling in. "So, I have to fill you guys in," she said coming out after sitting her stuff down. "Okay! What's up?" her receptionists asked. "Well, Taylor and Niall have been hiding mouth pain from me. So, Liam and I concocted this plan to get them here, so I can see what's going on. Well, Liam is pretending to have a toothache and be scared, so they would come too," Kristyn laughed and her assistants and receptionist did too. "I bet that's quite the show!" one of her assistants said. "Knowing Liam, I'm sure it!" she smiled. "I just need you guys to go along with it, and pretend like we are working on Liam," she said, and they all agreed.
A few minutes later, Liam, Taylor, Niall, and all of the kids arrived at the office. "Hey guys!" the receptionist said as they walked in. "Hey!" they all said walking in. "Hey guys! What brings you in today?" the receptionist asked with a smile, so that Liam knew she knew what was going on. "I've got a really bad toothache, so I came to have Kristyn check it out," Liam explained, and she nodded. "Well, Kristyn's in her office if you want to tell her you guys are here," she said, and Liam thanked her before walking back. "Hey!" he said knocking on the door. "Hey!" she said back. "Worked like a charm, we are all here!" Liam said, and Kristyn smiled. "Awesome!" she said standing and following him back to the waiting room door. "Hey guys! You can all come on back!" she said, and the group followed her to the hall behind the door.
"So, now that you guys are all here, I have to tell you something. I know you both have been hiding mouth pain from me," Kristyn said as she turned around to look at them. "How did you know?!" Niall asked completely baffled. "I'm a dentist, I see it all the time!" Kristyn said with a shrug. "I'm going to give you both checkups," she told them, and Taylor and Niall looked at each other. "It won't hurt. I promise," Kristyn said and waved for them to follow her into the exam room. "Taylor, sit in the chair for me, please," Kristyn said flipping the light on. Taylor hesitantly got into the dental chair, and Kristyn set up and grabbed her tools. "Okay, open for me," Kristyn asked, and Taylor did as Kristyn asked. "Okay, you have one cavity," Kristyn said after examining her, and Taylor looked at her. "It's fine! Just a small pinch," she said getting the needle ready. "Take a deep breath in for me," Kristyn instructed, and when Taylor inhaled, she quickly numbed her. "See, thats it!" she said, and she went to quickly drilling and filling her cavity. "Okay, Ni!" Kristyn sat patting the chair after sitting Taylor up. Niall anxiously swapped places with her, and Kristyn grabbed a different set of tools and gloves. "Okay, open nice and wide," she said, and Niall did as his wife said. Kristyn examined and saw he had two cavities. "You have two cavities to get filled," she smiled as she took the tools out of his mouth. "Small pinch, babe," she said approaching with the needle, and could see the slight fear in Niall's eyes. "Can you lift your right leg for me?" she said, and Niall gave her a strange look. "Trust me," she said, and Niall did as he was told and never even saw Kristyn put the needle in until he felt the small pinch and it was over. "Great!" she said numbing him, and drilling and filling his cavity. Before they knew it, they both were done with their appointments and felt much better already. She sat Niall up after she had finished, and he stood from the chair. "You both are good to go! I'll see y'all later!" she said hugging them both. "Thank you, Kristyn," Taylor smiled. "Yes, thank you!" Niall said. "Anything for you two!" she said. "Bye girls!" Kristyn said saying bye to the twins who hugged her and went running out, and then kissing her six-month old baby that Liam was holding. "And thank you for getting them here!" Kristyn said kissing her twin on the cheek. "Anytime!" he said and walked out to take them all back to the house.
After a full days work, Kristyn finally arrived home. As Kristyn walked in, she saw Liam had all the girls sitting with him, and Niall was also on the couch. "Hey babies!" she said walking into where they all were. "Hi mommy!" the girls said from their spot on the couch where they were watching a show. Liam handed Isla off to Kristyn, and she sat down on the couch with her next to the twins. Kristyn started throwing Isla up in the air, and since she was in the six-month-old laughing phase, she started laughing uncontrollably. Niall smiled as he watched her throw Isla up in the air from his stop on the couch, and he thought about how much he loved his little girls. "I wanna have more kids," Niall said to Kristyn, and she decided to play with him. "Well..." she said, and his eyes went wide. "Are you pregnant?!" he asked immediately, and Kristyn started laughing. "No, I'm not," Kristyn admitted, and Niall laughed at her. "Let's wait a couple years and see how you feel," Kristyn said looking over at him. "Yes, that's probably a good idea," Niall agreed with a laugh.
After dinner was done and everyone was starting to wind down, they put on old videos of all of them as kids, and they laughed at all of the old memories. They enjoyed that and some videos of Liam and Taylor singing when they were younger. "I always knew you guys would make it big," Kristyn said as she held a sleeping Isla. "Awe, sis! You've always been our biggest fan!" Liam and Taylor said. "Well, of course!" she replied back. They spent the rest of the night enjoying time together like old times, and went to bed happy to all be reunited together for the next couple of days!
