Next morning, Luz heard her faint alarm, her right ear perking up. She pushed herself up a bit, yawning. Luz moved the covers over herself, getting out of bed, turning off her alarm, sliding her feet in her slippers. Nero yawned, hopping down by her, "Hey Luz.." He mewed.

"Morning.." Luz spoke, stretching out lazily. "Phone..?"

Nero shook his body, spreading his wings and flying to the phone. He got Luz's device, flying back to Luz, landing on her shoulder. "You going to call Amity?" He asked.

Luz nodded, unlocking her phone with Prince's name, clicking on contacts, going to favorites, and clicking on the first one. Luz lazily walked to the bathroom, Nero getting on the counter, pulling his toothbrush out. Luz got her own, opening up the toothpaste, squeezing some on both brushes.

Nero fumbled a bit before he began to brush his teeth, Luz following suit. "Morning Luz."

"G'morning.." The witch yawned, putting the phone on speaker.

"Did you just wake up?" Amity asked.

"Yeah..You?"

"I've been up for awhile, model, the usual." Amity said. "I'll be right there dad! Luz just wants to say hi!"

"You have to go so soon? I just called you." Luz spoke, smiling at herself in the mirror, continuing to brush her teeth.

Nero spit in the sink, Luz running the water for him, the dragon rinsing out his mouth. "I'll go get Prince." He said, jumping off the counter.

"Okay, don't wake Camilla up."

"Hm?"

"Sorry, Nero. He just brushed his teeth. What are you showing today?"

Amity closed a door, "What you were working on the other week. Ay finished it, brought it over– Mattias! Careful!"

He huffed, "That dress is not your style Blight."

"Not my what? Anyways, this dress is so not my style. I do not look good in purple." Amity said, her heels clacking on the tiles.

"You said you liked that color on you!" Luz huffed, spitting in the sink, rinsing her mouth and brush.

Prince groggily came in, plopping down on the floor, opening his mouth. "Not this light though! It's too light!"

Luz prepped Prince's toothbrush, kneeling down and putting it in his mouth. He sat up, Luz helping him brush, "You said you liked that color."

"I'm blind now Luz."

"Not colorblind!"

A thud ensued on the line, "F---!" Amity shouted. "THE STUPID DOOR!"

"Amity! No cursing!"

Prince pulled back, carefully jumping on the counter, spitting, and rinsing his mouth. "Who made this house? Where the hell are the railings??"

"Ms.Blight you had us remove those when you got your skirt caught on it.."

"Get out!"

Luz sighed quietly, "Give me a second I'll call you back.." Luz muttered, then pressed the red button.

She helped Prince down, both going towards the beds. "I'll be back okay? Gotta do some magic." Luz said.

"Okay, not too long out please. We're going to the cool mall thing!"

Luz nodded, whistling quietly. Amilotl shot up out of the pillow fortress, going over to Luz, the witchling picking it up, "Amity please."

In a matter of seconds, Luz was right in front of Amity's room. Amilotl went limp for a second, before returning to its usual self. Luz yawned, knocking on the room door. It swung open violently, "What the fu– Luz!" The humans attitude changed completely. "How'd you get here? I thought you were out of state??"

The witchling put Amilotl down, very tiredly hugging the human. Amity hugged her back tightly, "Amilotl got me here.." Luz yawned again. "You really need me now..Don't you..?"

Amity nodded, "With your positive actions, I got way too used to it. I now can not go on without getting a good morning or a hug."

Luz relaxed in her grasp, Amity picking her up, "No nooo..I gotta get back to..Camilla.." The witch said quietly, dozing off.

Oh hey, when'd Luz get back to the hotel? Hey Prince! Nero! Camilla who is still asleep! Prince barked, rushing over, sniffing Amity out, "Amity!!"

"ShHhh!" The human hissed, taking Luz to the bed.

She placed the witchling down, Nero switching forms again, setting his tail on fire, keeping Luz warm with it. She purred, nuzzling in to her pillow. Amilotl climbed up Amity's dress, getting on her shoulder, sliding down it. "You gotta get me back!" Amity half shouted, picking it up.

Amilotl groggily looked up, before leaning it's head back, "Amilotl, take Amity to Edric or Emira."

It did so. Amity looked around the room, putting Amilotl down, "Okay, go back to Luz."

Both returned to the hotel. Amity facepalmed. "Return Amity to Emira."

Alright! Amilotl took Amity to Emira, the human still confused when her sister just disappeared. "WHAT THE F–" Emira fell back in her chair, clenching on to her shirt.

Amilotl trot over, sitting down in front of Emira. "Amilotl, take Amilotl back to Luz."

The stuffie returned to Luz, with Emira. In a matter of seconds, both returned, the stuffie very excited. An hour of teleporting later, Luz was tired of them coming back, so she went the next time, and took herself with Amilotl back to the hotel.

Can't a witch have a peaceful morning?
