Another one bites the bullet. [31 part 3]

Luz asked the woman how to make both caldos after paying her like a thousand pesos to learn. Then waited for Amity. "Ready to go?" The human asked as she finally returned.

"Yeah! What do you have there?" Luz asked, getting on Bruce's back. "Want the last bite?"

Bruce opened his mouth, Luz placing the carrot slice in his mouth, Bruce munching on it as he turned. "I found something that reminded me of you." Amity said. "Mattias, bag."

He gave the bag to Amity, the Blight opening it while Prince followed the two in front of him. Amity handed the small pen to Luz, the witch ooing and awning at it, "Is it for me?"

"Mhm."

It was a small axolotl pen, it's snout being the part you press down, the rest of it's body wrapped around the tip of the pen. "Amilotl come look."

Luz's bag opened up, the stuffie crawling out, getting on her shoulder and examining the pen. "(ﾉ≧ヮ≦)ﾉ" Its tail wagged furiously.

"Come on Bruce," Luz pat his side. "I need as much time as possible to make dinner."

"Come cuddle.." Amity said softly, wrapping her arms around Luz's waist.

"I'm making dinner." Luz hummed.

The Blight rested her head on Luz's shoulder, "It's barely seven.."

"Back home it's eight. So I have thirty minutes to finish dinner before we have to sleep."

Amity hummed quietly, "..Just for a bit Luz.."

The witch shook her head, "I'll sleep for longer then I'd like to. Dinner will be burnt."

Amity pulled back a bit, nuzzling in to Luz's back. Amity honestly thought Luz would be used to it, but she felt the witch tremble. Then. She purred. Amity nuzzled Luz's back, the witch purring loudly, nervously cooking. Thankfully all of Luz's ingredients were right next to her so Amity didn't have to move around with the witch.

Eventually, Luz plated thirteen meals that looked the same, only one being different. When Luz sprinkled some cheese on the different plate, Amity let go of Luz. "Yes, it's for you." Luz cut in before Amity could speak.

"You made an entire meal for me?" Amity squeaked.

Luz nodded, "I'm going to call the others, you can start eating."

Amity pulled Luz over, kissing her cheek, "Thank you. I love you."

Luz covered her cherry face as she made her way to the staircase, Amity giggling when the witch started to spout nonsense. Amity grabbed her hot bowl, going to the dining table and placing her meal down. "She's too good for me." Amity sighed dreamily.

After dinner, the younger beings took a bath or showered, brushed their teeth, then went to bed. "Night Luz, if you need me I'll be in the living room til one." Amity moved the witches hair back, kissing her head.

"Mm.." Luz purred, nuzzling in to Bruce's back.

The chain of purrs started, Bruce following Luz, then Rose, Nero, and Amilotl. Amity turned on Luz's night light, going to the room door, turning off the light, leaving the room with Sarah who was saying goodnight to Zach. Amity quietly closed the door, heading to the upstairs living room with the ex-bus driver "Snacks at the ready?" Amity questioned, sitting on the couch.
