After Everlasting Fangs were the first ones to reach the island after the sun had almost set, Fairy Tail and Mermaid Heel were next. And the fourth spot was secured by Lamia Scale.

All Gems could think of was how he was gonna show up and show out in the tournament tomorrow and show everyone, especially Fairy Tail who they fumbled on. He not only had his previous guild members to prove wrong, but his parents as well, since he was informed that his parents were gonna watch him perform.

For some reason he was not nervous at all, infact he was eager and his hands were itching to perform and show his true skills to everyone.

It was the day MagicMania kicks off and the island was filled with enthusiasm amongst everyone, it was celebrated as a national holiday. Not only the island was full with its own people but it was also brimming with people and wizards visiting from both Fiore and Clover, who were there to watch the show of magic.

The arena was jam packed with thousands and thousands of people and millions watching from home via satellite lacrimas. The sky was full of balloons and confettis and every qualified guild was backstage, waiting for the signal to enter the arena.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Carmella! And I am glad to announce that I am your host for this season of MagicMania.” Carmella, a blonde woman, had a microphone in her grasps, announced while standing in the middle of the battle field. She introduced herself and welcomed the audience.

“Everyone get up on your feet and let's get a huge round of applause for the qualifying teams from both Clover and Fiore. Please welcome the wizards!” Carmella announced on the mic.

The sky was filled with fireworks and confetti as the teams started to enter the arena from the back. Everyone in the crowd started cheering as they saw the teams.

The crowd was cheering very loud, especially for Fairy Tail, since they all had witnessed the rise of that guild at Grand Magic Games.

“From Fiore we have Fairy Tail, Lamia Scale, Mermaid Heel and Everlasting Fangs!” Carmella announced. “And from Clover we have, Black Bulls, Golden Dawn, Crimson Lions and Coral Peacock!” Carmella announced and the crowd was cheering as huge lacrima trons were floating in the sky with the name plate of every participating wizard.

“From Fairy Tail we have, Erza Scarlet, Laxus Dreyar, Mirajane Strauss, Natsu Dragneel and Gajeel Redfox!” Carmella announced and the crowd cheered.

Gems's eyes widened when he didn't see Gray with them. ‘Where is Gray? He was with them just yesterday!?’ Gems thought as he looked around but Gray wasn't there.

Gems looked towards the audience and he spotted his ex guild mates in a stand, he frowned when he saw Gray standing there, hands in his pockets. ‘Don't tell me Gray's a reserve member...’ Gems frowned.

Gray looked like he didn't even want to participate but was there because of his guild.

“Not even Gray is legal member and you thought you'll be chosen to represent. Well, now you know.” Seth whispered in a low tone with the same smirk on his face.

Gems's blood was boiling as he saw how upset Gray looked. He clenched his fists in anger while looking at the mistreatment.

‘This is not done...’ Gems thought.

Meanwhile Carmella announced all the other teams.

Mermaid Heel - Kagura Mikazuchi, Risley Law, Millina, Jessie and Cassie.

Lamia Scale - Jura Neekis, Lyon Vastia, Shelia Blendy, Yuka Suzuki and Sherry Blendy.

Black Bulls - Asta, Noelle Silva, Luck Voltia, Charmy Pappitson and Zora Ideale.
