130: Gems "Destroys" Natsu

Normal P.O.V

Gems and Asta were backstage, and they were seen arguing with each other before their match had started.

“We got this win.” Asta said as he raised his fist for Gems to bump it. But Gems just made a disgusted look on his face and avoided the fist bump.

“We?” Gems asked.

“Yeah we.” Asta answered and Gems rolled his eyes.

“There's no we in here, there's only one me and then there's you. You and I are gonna go out there, you'll follow my instructions and we'll win the match. Got it?” Gems said in a very authoritative tone.

“You're not the boss of me! I'll play my own game!” Asta argued back, ticking Gems off a bit and making him frown.

Gems was about to say something but before he could, the backstage crew informed them to go out there in the battlefield for their match. Gems just rolled his eyes and nodded.

“You better follow my lead and don't you dare mess it up, rookie!” Gems yelled the last part in Asta's face and just walked out. Asta had surprised expressions on his face due to the disrespect shown by Gems.

The crowd erupted when Gems walked out with his cocky smile. Asta came out shortly. The crowd popped again when Natsu and Leopold got on the battlefield.

“We finally meet on the battlefield.” Gems mumbled as he looked at Natsu.

“Yeah.” Natsu answered getting ready.

“Sit back and watch how business is handled.” Gems said as he looked Asta and pushed him back a little back. Asta was stunned by that.

Leopold noticed the tension between Gems and Asta, causing him to smirk and made sure that Natsu saw it too.

“Over confident will get you no where!” Leopold said as he ran towards them. “Spiral Flame!” He launched his attack at Gems and Asta.

“Requip: Believix!” Gems immediately got into his Believix and dodged the attack while flying to the sky.

Where as Asta used his nullifying magic and nullified Leopold's fire with his sword. Gems just rolled his eyes.

“Wind Blade!” Gems launched his attack but Natsu and Leopold dodged.

“Fire Dragon Wing Attack!” Natsu jumped in the air going right after Gems. Gems was in the air, and it was his domain. Gems just smirked.

“Wind Shower!”

A magic circle appeared above Natsu and strong winds flowed in downward direction. Natsu's flames vanquished due to the winds and he was pushed down into the ground.

“Whoa... He's really gotten stronger...” Natsu mumbled to himself as he realized Gems's strength while trying to get up.

“Wild Bursting Flame!” Gems turned around when he heard those words, but upon turning he got hit by a huge explosion and was sent crashing into the ground, it was Leopold's magic.

“Got'cha!” Leopold cheered.

“Good job buddy!” Natsu said as he got up dusting his clothes.

“What the hell!?” Gems cursed, coughing out the dust. “Why didn't you use your nullifying magic when you knew that loser was about to attack me!?” Gems yelled at Asta.

Asta just shrugged. 

“Well you told me to sit back.” Asta replied.
