Say You Won't Let Go

Yet another music themed one shot! I should really stop doing these for a while so that it doesn't become a bore............. Na! Let's go!!!!

Hiccup was stood outside his hut and watching the skies above. It was quite warm that day and Toothless was happily snoozing inside their hut, and Hiccup was wanting to go on a flight whilst the sun was beginning to rise. But as Hiccup was leaning against his hut and watching the beautiful sunrise, he noticed a familiar divine beauty shoot across the skies.

Astrid had managed to awake Stormfly before the sun rose on the horizon, unlike Hiccup. She and Stormfly shot through the sky, spinning and dancing around in the dim sunlight. Hiccup couldn't help but feel jealous of her, his dragon wasn't even awake yet! Astrid screamed in delight as Stormfly then began flying vertical towards the sea below them.

Hiccup was suddenly nudged out of his trance by a familiar Night Fury. Hiccup sighed as he looked at Toothless,

"Look who's finally awake!" Toothless frowned and spat in Hiccup's face. Hiccup flinched as Toothless' spit landed on his face. "Toothless! You know that doesn't wash out!" Toothless gurgled in joy as Hiccup tried to wipe off the Night Fury's saliva, but Hiccup soon flicked the saliva at the dragon in return. Toothless then tried to clean himself up from the mess Hiccup had just made.

Hiccup then smiled to himself as he turned away from his success, however he then turned to see the beautiful blonde had disappeared from the sky. Hiccup sighed in disappointment,

"Annnddd... She's gone." Toothless shot Hiccup a confused look, "Astrid, Toothless. Astrid." The Night Fury nodded in response to hiccup's obvious annoyance. Hiccup then sighed and turned back towards the sky, he then felt himself fall against the wall of his hut and landed on the floor. He was now sat leaning against the wall and watching the last of the sun rise up from the horizon. Hiccup sighed as he thought of Astrid, (Start vid now)

Hiccup jumped when he heard a dragon land nearby. He rose up from the floor and looked in the direction from which the noise had come from. He watched the corner closely until he saw a beautiful blonde appear from its shadow.

"Hiccup? What are you doing up so early?" Hiccup froze. Why was he up so early?

"I-- I was just going on a morning flight with Toothless... Yeah." Astrid placed her hands on her hips,

"Really? You don't sound so sure..." Hiccup sighed,

"Well, we only just woke up see..." Astrid smiled,

"Really, because I swear it was you that I saw when I was flying around with Stormfly this morning?" Hiccup face palmed. She knew. He couldn't believe he'd just lied to Astrid for no apparent reason.

"Fine. I guess I was up enjoying the scenery..." Astrid frowned,

"There isn't any landscape scenery here to see?" Hiccup rolled his eyes,

"That's not the scenery I was talking about..." Astrid's eyes widened,

"Are you actually saying that to me with a straight face?" Hiccup smiled. I guess this morning could have gone worse...

I'm gonna leave it there because I'm mean!!!!
