Just a fair warning, this review is probably going to be shit because I love your book so much. Sorry.
Plot:
This plot is unique. I mean obviously. Who writes about cats? You crafted this plot with a sense of mystery that holds me captive, but at the same time you give enough that I don't get bored with it. Then on top of that you throw in the pacing. You have excellent pacing, it feels like your story is going somewhere without that sense of dread that comes with a plot that is going like a runaway train. I probably could be pickier here if I wanted to, but I don't feel like it.

Grammer:
Ugh, dude, your grammar is pretty darn flawless. But honestly, you could've slipped some sneaky mistakes in there and I just didn't notice them because I was too busy reading. Either way it seems like it's really well done.

Descriptions:
HOLY MOTHER OF ALL THINGS!
I am a sucker for beautiful descriptions. I love reading them and writing them (well attempting). You crafted such wonderful little descriptions that rocked my world. They were elegant and flowed so nicely into everything else. You know how to use your words wisely when it comes to descriptions and I can appreciate that all day, any day. I'm starting to ramble, and I think you get the point by now.

Characters:
Let me tell you what. These characters are already portayed in such an elegant manner. I care about them, I can feel their emotions and I have already only read a small portion of your writing. These characters are well fleshed out, and so realistic feeling even though they're cats.

I'm taking off a point because I don't like having the first sentence bolded. It annoys me a little bit. And I don't want to give you a perfect score because I want to be difficult.

Your title and cover are both amazing. I usually don't mention this, but yours really stand out and caught my attention.
Can I just say holy shit?
You had so many bomb ass lines that I loved. Honestly, this is one of the best books I've seen on wattpad in awhile. I really, really, really, like this story.
Honestly, I could easily see this book as published or publishable *cough cough*. Your writing is beautiful, and to par, if not better than some published authors.
