Gidget and Tiberius gazed down upon the crow, who quickly got up on her feet. Glancing at the crow, Tiberius noticed some weird things about her. Her beak seemed awfully big compared to her face and she appeared to be half asleep. Also, she seemed a little bigger than most crows he knew. As he noticing these, the crow was apologizing, "I am so sorry about that squirrel! I guess the branch I was on couldn't support me!"

"It's alright," Gidget silenced the crow with a swish of her tail. Tilting her head, the Pomeranian went on, "What is your name?" Shuffling her feet, the crow replied, "Angel." Angel? Never heard that name for a crow, Tiberius thought to himself while Gidget continued speaking with the crow, "Why were you in the tree? Were you... spying on us?"

As Angel lifted her head, Tiberius could just make out her golden eyes. I've seen those before, I'm pretty sure, he told himself. Trembling slightly, Angel answered, "Uh... yes, I was spying on you. But not in a creepy way! It's just..." The crow paused to take a deep breath before continuing, "I admire how you two get along so well. You see... I... I don't have any friends."

Gidget let out a small gasp before glancing over her shoulder at Tiberius. The hawk could see something flash in the Pomeranian's eyes. Turning around to look at Angel once more, she spoke quietly, "We could be your friends." Wait, what?! the thought entered the old hawk's mind while Angel stared at them in astonishment. After a moment of silence, the crow responded, "Okay!"

Wagging her fluffy tail, Gidget smiled warmly at Angel as she spoke calmly, "My name is Gidget. And this is Tiberius." Just then, Tiberius felt Gidget step on his foot. Glaring at her, the hawk did a quick wave at the crow. Bowing her head, Angel replied, "Thank you. I hope to see you two again sometime soon." With that, the crow took off. Watching her leave, Tiberius couldn't help but wonder why he felt sad to watch her go.
