"So wait, Scrappy, probably the most cowardly dog that I have ever met, is the one who had started the fire?!" Ozone exclaimed, still confused by what Snowball and Max had just told the group. Nodding his head, Snowball explained, "But he realized his mistake and died trying to apologize for it." Spinning around, he added, "He also had slain Killer. Does that sound like a coward to you?" Ozone rapidly shook his head.
"What does this mean for us?" Gidget quietly asked. Whirling around to meet her gaze, Snowball answered, "Without a proper healer, Death and Darkness will most likely want us dead. Worst, have us wiped off the face of the earth to the point where no one will remember that we existed!" Gidget shuddered at the thought.
"So what can we do?" Duke piped up. Eyes bulging out of their sockets, Snowball shouted frantically, "Increase the patrols! Watch your back! Arm yourselves if you have to! We are officially at war!" By the time he finished, Snowball was panting heavily.
"Uh, maybe you should lay down," Gidget suggested, handing Snowball a glass of water.
