Peering down upon the docks where Death and Darkness resided, Snowball took a deep breath to calm himself down. "Snowball versus an army of murderous canines. This ought to be fun," he mumbled quietly. Breathing in slowly, he added, "It's been a good life."

"And who says you're going to die alone?" Max's voice startled Snowball as he whirled around. "I didn't ask anyone to die with me!" Snowball shouted. He struggled to hide the tears that brimmed in his blue eyes as he continued, "I've watched hundreds of friends die and I couldn't do anything to save them! No matter how hard I tried! Heck, I couldn't even save my main man Ricky!" Frustrated and heartbroken, the rabbit felt his tears rolling down his face.

Taking a step forward, Max pointed out, "Those friends of yours, of ours, sacrificed themselves for a cause. Ollie, Rocky, Scrappy, Jet, Tiberius. They all died defending the things that valued most to them; family. Weren't you the one who described everyone as one large family?" Wiping away some tears, Snowball nodded his head. Sitting down beside the rabbit, the small dog went on, "Well, when you mess with one of us, you mess with the entire family."

Feeling a little better, Snowball complained, "But they have an army of dogs!" Smiling, Max replied, "Well, this time, I have an idea..."
