Leah's POV

I could really enjoy a good evening in front of the tv. T and I cuddled up together, underneath a blanket, all cozy. It sounds great and it is great!

Occasionally, we have evenings like that. We'd watch a series or a movie together. It would help us relax in between those busy days.

We were watching a series tonight. Unlike before, I wasn't laying on T. T wanted to be cautious with her pregnant belly. So instead, she had wrapped her arm around me and had pulled me into her that way.

"I think that's weird," I said as we had watched a certain scene of that series. A woman moved on after her husband had died. "I think it's weird to do that."

T shrugged. "Eventually, everyone moves on, baby."

I shook my head. "I don't get that," I looked at T then, forgetting about the series altogether. "I just can't imagine forgetting about the person you loved."

"You don't necessarily forget," She now too seemed to forget about the series. "I think you carry them with you but you continue to live. Life goes on."

"Still," I shrugged. "Imagine being that husband," I shook my head. "Your wife just cheated on you..."

"She moved on," T corrected me. "There's a difference."

"Oh really?" I asked and sat up, moving my body so I was completely facing her. "So if I were to die, would you be able to move on?"

She let out a breath. "That's not fair! I can't say anything else but no to that!"

I chuckled. "See!" I chuckled more. "That's what I mean."

T now chuckled too. "You're special to me, baby," She caressed my face gently. "No one could replace you, and I wouldn't want anyone else to be next to me in life. You're the one for me."

I smiled a bit. I could have said so many nice words back but, for some reason, I didn't. It seemed the words just didn't come out.

Despite my lack of response, T smiled and leaned in closer. "I love you." She said before kissing me.

"I love you too." I said after the kiss.

Later that evening, as T continued to watch tv, I took my computer. T usually knew what that meant: I would write. I usually only write in the evenings. I guess I could see the stories more clearly in the dark.

I went through the books I had made a cover for. I always started with a cover, I don't know why. I guess it helped to visualize the story. I loved making a good cover. I always put some time and effort into it. I always get drawn to books by their cover, I wanted other people to have that with my covers.

I decided to write some more for my Lucky 13 series. I loved this series! I remember when I started this series... I didn't think much of it. Don't get me wrong, I loved the idea and the characters. But I never intended to have the storyline go that deep. I loved how it was going though. It just worked.

T didn't really get involved in this series. She wasn't into vampires. I tried explaining to her that Catherine wasn't a typical vampire, but she wasn't that interested. And I would never force her to write with me.

"Hey," T said as she passed by me, probably on her way to get something to eat or drink. "What are you working on?" She then looked at my screen. "This book again?"

I simply nodded.

"It must be a special series..."

"It is," I intended to end the conversation here as I was busy writing. When I was writing, I was really into it. I had to focus on the words, the characters, the story in general... I didn't have time to put my focus elsewhere. But when I noticed T wasn't going away, I looked at her. "Anything else?"

"No..." She trailed off. She was seemingly thinking about something. "I do wonder..." She looked at me then. "What other stories are you working on?"

I frowned a bit. "Uhm," I went to my works and showed it to her. "Why do you ask?"

She shrugged, clearly a sign she asked this for a reason.

I closed my laptop then, intending to put my full focus on her. "T," I sat up a bit. "Why do you ask?"

She let out a breath. "I sometimes wonder," She then took a seat next to me. "We often reply to comments on our story," She looked away briefly. "People seem to enjoy our lives."

I slowly nodded, wondering where this was going.

"What if..." She gulped, she seemed unsure. "What if we write a second book?" She then looked at me. "About our lives now."

I raised my eyebrows. "A sequel? About us?"

She nodded. "Wouldn't people enjoy that?"

I thought it over for a bit. "Maybe," I then let out a deep breath. "I never planned on writing a sequel to our story though."

She slowly nodded. "I don't want to force the idea onto you, baby," She smiled at me. "I was just throwing the idea out there."

"I know," I thought about it some more. "Maybe," I looked at her then. "I'll think about it."

"Ok," She smiled more. "It's your choice, baby, don't let anyone else force you into it," She then leaned in closer, kissing my lips. "No matter how much they want it."

I slowly nodded.

"Sometimes," She then came even closer. "People want things," She pushed my chair back a bit and sat down on my lap. "But you can't always get what you want."

I looked at her, at her position now. She was clearly horny.

"I want something too now," She leaned in closer, breathing on my neck. "I want you." She whispered.

"T," I pushed her back a bit. "I'm kind of busy right now..."

She glanced at my computer before looking back at me. "As I said," She then took my computer. "We can't always get what we want." She then put my computer aside.

"Exactly, you can't always get what you want."

"Oh, but I can," She leaned in closer again. "I get everything I want."

I huffed. "I'm really not in the mood," I then gently pushed her off and got up myself too. "You're right," I said as I took my computer again. "You do always get what you want," I said as I glanced at her visible bump. "But not this time." I then walked away.
