Leah's POV
"Ok, you take the glasses, I'll take the wine and children's champagne." T said while taking the bottles.
I nodded and followed with the glasses.
We walked to the living room, where our parents and sons were at. In the corner, was our beautifully-decorated Christmas tree. On the couch left of the tree were T's parents. On the couch right of the tree was my mom. T and I would sit with her.
When we arrived, we put everything down on the coffee table that was there. I handed T the glasses, and she filled them and handed them to our parents. When she filled the glasses for Jin and Emil, I immediately got upset when I saw my boys. Emil was on the lap of T's mom, but Jin was alone on the ground. Nobody even looked for him...
When T had filled Emil's glass, she handed it to her mom. When she filled Jin's glass, I took it back before taking Jin and sitting down next to my mom.
T looked at me for a bit but didn't say anything. She took her glass and went to sit down before toasting with everyone else.
I looked at Jin. "Here you go, Jinnie," I said as I had him try the drink. "Is it good?"
He was swallowing the drink and licking his lips before nodding. "Yummy."
I smiled but, before I could say anything, T leaned closer to him. "We've got more in the fridge." She smiled at him.
Jin smiled back.
And I couldn't help but smile when I witnessed them seemingly connecting.

During dinner, we were chatting. Mainly about how wonderful T made the food. She had gotten better at cooking. I guess all those cookbooks her mom bought every year were helping...
The boys had the same dinner as us, though some items were more kid-friendly. They were eating them without any problem and didn't really interrupt the conversations. It seemed they knew they shouldn't get involved too much.
I, however, didn't like chatting about adult things so I looked at them. "What do you think is in your presents?"
Immediately they looked up at me, their eyes beamed with curiosity and excitement. It seemed they had been thinking about that too.
"I hope cars," Emil exclaimed. "I want to race."
I smiled at him before looking at Jin. "What about you, Jinnie?"
Emil looked at Jin too, giving him all his attention. I loved how he adjusted his eagerness to continue talking about cars, just to listen to his brother. "Train." Jin simply stated.
"Train is cool too," Emil said, gaining a smile from Jin. "I want train too."
"Car is cool too." Jin said, making Emil smile more.
"Let's agree that trains and cars are both cool." I concluded.
The boys nodded.

After dinner, we went back to our little corner with the Christmas tree. The presents were all underneath the tree. And we always opened those before we went back for dessert.
"So," T said as she sat down. "Who wants to start?" She looked around for anyone willing to start it off.
Emil raised his arm.
"Nounours," T started. "You didn't buy something, did you?"
He shook his head. "I want pwesent!" He said to which everyone laughed.
