Third person's POV

Heather sighed as she was looking outside the car. She was worried, scared, anxious for this evening. She just wanted everything to go well

"Just relax."

She looked at Eva. She was smiling while driving them all. "I'm trying," She replied. "But I worry that Talia will shut down again. Then what?"

Eva looked at her wife. "Well, this time Leah and I are present," She showed her small smile. "So we've got this," She reached for Heather's hand, squeezing it gently. "Just remember to take it easy."

Heather sighed as she turned back to look at her daughter. She was sleeping, not realizing anything at that moment.

"It'll be alright."

She looked at Eva. "I'm not sure."

"Trust me."

She looked away, at the road. She let out a deep breath. "I'll try."

Eva nudged her playfully multiple times.

"Stop it!" Heather started laughing.

"You can do better than trying."

"Ok ok," She raised her arms in defeat. "I trust you."

Eva stopped nudging her wife and smiled proudly. She nodded. "That's it."

Heather shook her head, smiled, and looked outside.

Leah's POV

I checked everything one last time. I nodded as I could check everything off in my mind. I smiled.

I looked up as I heard the boys laugh. I walked to them and saw them watching cartoons on tv. I looked at them, the tv, and then turned the tv off.

They looked at me, clearly upset I had stopped their show.

I sat down on the ground with them. "Auntie Heather and Eva are visiting us today."

They both nodded.

"They're bringing Hannah."

As I had said that, their facial expressions changed. It's as if they immediately understood how different this visit would be. And it baffled me that these two young boys could comprehend this.

"Can we play with her?" Emil immediately asked.

I smiled at him. "That's really nice that you want to play with her."

He nodded.

"I think you can," I caressed his face. "But she's still very small, just ask your aunties first."

He nodded again before looking at Jin, as he too knew Jin had questions to ask.

I looked at Jin, waiting for him to form his thoughts and form his questions based on those thoughts. It always took him some time, but he knew we would wait and allow him that time.

He licked his lips. "What about tata?" Yeah, he realized what the most difficult thing was about today immediately.

I sighed, letting him know it was indeed a bit of concern for me too. "I don't know," And I would speak openly with him about it, even though he is still very young. "We have to be strong for her today. She will need all of us."

He looked at me for a bit before nodding.

"And you two will have to behave like good boys." I smiled.
