Love Is In The Air

It was a clear starry sky and they were both in the garden and enjoying their time.  

Priya: Is anything missing in this arrangement?

Ram (hugged her followed by kissing her knuckle and forehead): just a small ornamental thing is missing here

Priya (scooped a little to see his face): What?

Ram (cleared his throat and smirked): Some romantic music and my crazy dance

Priya (faked annoying face): I'm not good at dancing, you know it. You're too rude Mr Kapoor

Ram:  Everything was beyond perfect. I gave my genuine suggestion. You know how filmy I'm, sorry if I hurt you. Please don't spoil your mood tonight

After a silence, Priya laughed to see his worrying and guilty face 

Priya: I was joking 

Ram: Ohh god, you're impossible Priya

Priya: I wish you could see your face

Ram: For a second I thought history repeated, I hurt again as our wedding day 1yr back

Priya (in a low tone): It was indeed a big mistake from you, insulted me and my family but I didn't know the full truth behind your delay. 

Ram (held her palm close to his heart): I still can't forgive myself for leaving you to face everyone's accusation. I went out to calm myself and sort out the issues. I wanted to come back quickly but my health got worse and took a long time to return back to you.

Priya: To be honest, I was angry with you and didn't want to marry you at that time but I married you only for Maa

Ram ( with a guilty face): I know that

Priya (with a smile): This decision was right to ignore your mistake and marry you. Even I didn't handle the matter maturely rather make it worse

Ram was feeling a little better with her assurance but he looked lost there and started to walk away. 

Priya held his palm within her and looked at him. Ram was about to say something but she cut him in middle

Priya: You know I'm not good at conveying my feelings, so don't interrupt me in middle.

Ram with a confused look, nodded his head to let her continue speaking

Priya: We didn't have a great start in our relationship and a lot of misunderstandings but we had memorable moments to cherish though

Your strength, weakness, care, respect, concern and affection, I've seen it all and it's not just for me but for my family as well.

I know you better with time, you're a beautiful human being, not just your eyes are beautiful rather your soul and heart are pure gold.

Ram was surprised to hear Priya's compliments and he blushed which didn't unnoticed by her and he gave her a look of adoration

Priya (smiled): I can proudly say that this amazing stunning man is mine. 

You know me better than myself, no one really understands me or my real feelings

Do you wish to spend the rest of your life with me, as a friend to share your secrets and jokes, as a spouse to share dreams and feelings, as a guide throughout the life journey which is full of adventure, and also as a drinking partner?

Ram(with tears of joy and cupped her face ): Thousand times Yes. In every life I want you to be my life partner

Ram embraced her in his arm and let his emotion flow through his tears. He couldn't believe that Priya confessed her feelings openly.
