Mr Spellman was shocked to see it and then Malcolm alerted to everyone in the room which was Mrs Sandy, Helen, Steele, Mr Spellman and himself that someone from the federal bureau of investigation would be coming to talk to the deputy and the victim if not victims family
She nodded and said she do it the moment that Mr Spellman was arrested and not anymore danger to them
Malcolm nodded and then said very firmly and sternly read out what he needed to "I'm arresting you for child abuse, child endangerment, Negligence, Assault, Falsifying Information to a Police Officer, Unlawful restraint, attempted kidnapping, Reckless Endangerment, Interference with an educational institution, Trespassing, and... Disturbing the peace. You do not have to say anything but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned, something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence. Do you understand?"
Mr Spellman eyed them all dangerously but Steele distracted him enough so Malcolm could arrest him to hand him instead to Mark and Aston of Newtown Police so they could hand him over to the others
Once he was gone Malcolm and Steele thanked the deputy for her time and Malcolm checked her wrist that had been injured when trying to detain Mr Spellman
