Jones and Penny were together and they still awaited a reply off Harry about why Jones had what she had, as what she had was so out of the blue and out of the ordinary for her

Sam was worried about his wife and daughter and Penny had told him what I had explained to her and that I wasn't even asleep unlike the rest as I had woken up at 4am

Casey alongside the whole of Truck 81 stayed nearby incase someone went to the Jones's residence, cause at the min both James and Jones were vunderable

No one showed and if they did Truck 81 would've got to them and stopped them first and if that didn't work the secruity system would alert them all

Sam was on a mission to find out why Hannah's ex had done what he had done, James was still asleep and wouldn't let go off Sam so Sam held him close as he sat down and he received a call off the FSL (Fire station lawyer) so eh answered it

"Hello?"
"Sam, I wish we didn't have to speak in dire situations"
"Me too, guess you've heard the recent news?"
"Sadly yes, poor Hannah, who's her boyfriend?"
"My nephew James, he's really worried about her, he's fast asleep right now finally"
"I bet, he knows what happened right"
"Yep, he's a father"
"To how many?"
"That we don't know yet"
"James will make a great dad if he has you and Charlie to go by"
"Thanks"
"So they'll both be needed in court so will Helen and Olivia from Newtown Police but I will let them know separately"
"Who called you?"
"Arnold did, Ellie alerted Arnold to call me and he did and told me about this fire situation and oh yeah Olivia called and told me Sarah will need a lawyer"
"Call her mum to explain this and I'll call Charlie"
"Will do, how's the others?"
"Sarah and Ellie are alright, Sarah is nearly recovered from her surgery from the ice situation and Jones and Penny are awaiting a text or call from Harry to explain what Jones went through last night"
"Wasn't it not a trauma response or a day dream?"
"The symptoms and her discroption doesn't match it and besides she knows the symptoms of a trauma episode she can spot them in Sarah"
"And you remember"
"True she can"
"I have evidence ready and I'll meet everyone for court before 4pm as it starts at 4pm"
"Okay going to call Charlie now"
"And I'll call Lizzie"

The call ended and Sam texted Charlie, as James has stirred during the phone call and he sent a text saying Brother of mine, you need to pick up James and head to Cardiff court room, Lizzie with Hannah will meet you there, and you'll be debrief there, i can't due to the things here as well as James needed his dad

Charlie sent a text back saying On way, your lawyer just told me

Soon Charlie arrived and James ram to him and Sam said "He's missed you"

"I can tell, sadly we can't stay long Sam, ready James?" Charlie asked as he crouched down

"No!" James exclaimed angrily "Someone hurt Hannah"

"Hannah is okay okay she's with Helen you trust Helen right?" Charlie asked

"Yep I do trust Helen" James said

They were soon off to Cardiff and Sam watched them off before he closed the door and he saw truck 81 staying outside and in the surrounding areas, Ellie and Sarah still asleep and Jones awake but looking at him so he picked her up

Once in Cardiff James changed into a suit and his hair was fixed and was nervous so Charlie crouched down once he neatened James hair and said "James it be okay okay. He'll get punished"

"No, dad you don't understand" james started "me and Hannah are dating and I'm a father"

"James you'll make a great father, in?" Charlie asked

"In" James said

Once in they saw Hannah's ex tied up and restrained and James sat next to Charlie and it started

Charlie could tell James was nervous so sent a quick text to Mark about new fathers and asked him if he'd talk to James about how he's found it as a new father

He missed the reply of isnt James with Hannah?, has Hannah been taken, keep me informed 

First Helen took the stand and most adults would go let the kids go last

Helen explained the injuries Hannah had faced while in the hold of her ex, this was backed up by the evidence from Ambulance 61 and Newtown hospital and they all grimaced as they saw her pregnant and a few bumps and bruises here and there and a nearly broken rib

Then the Court master shown the evidence of the reports of all police who attended, Newtown police's described where Hannah was located and locked

The place where she was located and locked was the bathroom and she was found covered in sick and nearly sick not from the pregnancy but from being covered in her own sick

The Chicago and Pontypandy police as well as the Newtown police described what the suspect (Hannah's ex) had said about Hannah and what he had said was a bunch of swear words and now Hannah made the wrong decision in dumping him ages ago

Hannah took a stand after the Heath officials of the Newtown hospital and the ems team had also provide there core evidence Hannah was taken to the stand

"So when we're you taken" she was asked

"When I was asleep as o was shocked to feel sick and cold and not with my boyfriend" Hannah explained truthfully

"And are you pregnant?" She was asked

"Yes yes I am by a few days" Hannah said "Also, he didn't feed or hydrate me, when he knew I was throwing up I was locked in the bathroom covered in my own sick and this was how I was found"

James was called to take a stand and the upset phone call made between him and the call operated then Aston and then the texts sent to others regarding the worry he felt for her

"Where you when Hannah was taken?" He was also asked

"I had woke up to go loo" James admitted quietly "I came back and she wasn't there bedroom window had been smashed"

The proof of the broken window was shown

"How's being a father to your girlfriends kids?" He was asked

"I know I'm going to the the best father I can be" James told the jury before he was allowed to sit down next to his uncle

Before he did so however Hannah's ex went to launch at James and once he had knocked James to the ground and preferably out he would do the same to Hannah bit keep her awake while doing so

James helped in fear and Charlie pulled him back and into a tight hug once they all realised he couldn't hurt James or Hannah

He was found guilty on all charges of kidnap and Sexual Assault, as well as apparently aiding Mr Spellman as he had confessed to that at the end of the trail

He was also then told that he had a restraining order placed against him in James, Hannah and there children or children's favour

He couldn't be anyway near them at any given time

Before he was escorted out with a long time in jail

Lizzie took Hannah home with Olivia with a quick stop at Newtown to buy some baby bottles and dummies but Charlie saw James was shaking

He called Helen over and she to realised it, he had been acting this way since Hannah's ex tried to launch at him, no doubt going after Hannah after he knocked James out

Helen offered to take them home first call though was to make sure James was alright as he was shaking and had his head burried in his dads chest
