Teacher Trouble

March 6th

Now Ellie and Sarah had been transported to Cardiff by police escort and Newtown fire and rescue escort as well and still were under strict police supervision once at the court site

J was glaring at them as they all sat down and it all started

Secruity issued J to her seat as Jessica did the same with Ellie and Sarah

Ellie was now on crutches as she did so

J decided to stare down Ellie and Sarah hoping for somewhat of a reaction from the pair, neither gave J the satisfaction of a look back

It then all began and Sarah felt scared and so did Ellie a tad

"We are here today to see if Julia Annie is guilty of the crimes which are kidnap, threatening as well as many others" the judge said eyeing the crowd "First Julia Annie will take the stand but as we all now Julia Annie is known for crimes I.e with Kayleigh Jones and Sam Jones respectively"

J then took the stand and the FSL (Fire station lawyer) asked J why she framed another firefighter for all of her petty crimes

J answered with a smirk and admitted that it would be quite funny to do so, and that she seemed to take it extremely well

The FSL sighed and said "no she didn't, she ended up with many sleepless nights cause of it, this isn't the first time you've tried to invole Penny Jones, formally known as Penny Morris into your petty schemes luckily the station and I have worked it out and prevented from you either kidnapping her again or turning her to your side"

Also the judge as well as the whole audience, Jessica as well as Sarah and Ellie were not happy about this and this made Ellie angry, she hadn't been told that Penny had been framed not once but twice

"How did you find Sarah Jones and Ellie Phillips?" The FSL asked J sternly his eyes glowing with angry and fury

"Easy, they were basically pawns on a chessboard" J said eyes rolling "I saw them distracted and I took them also I knew excatly where they were at all times"

"How so?" The FSL asked her

"Tracker which was hidden on both before you ask" J smirked "They shouldn't of gone to the hospital that one time"

The FSL was starting to show his anger so he composed himself and glared at her, last time she had planted a virus in Penny's laptop leaving Steele, Boyce and HQ to get her a new one

J then tried to launch at Ellie and Sarah but guards and Jessica prevented this from happening

The judge called for Ellie to take the stand and she did so once J was off it and sat back on her seat guarded by secruity so she couldn't launch at Sarah or Ellie

Sarah didn't want Ellie to get hurt and Jessica as well as a few others noticed this. The judge noticed it and Jessica if she could stay with Sarah while this went ahead and Jessica agreed

Jessica decided to stay with Sarah and then with Ellie once she was done was cause she had been at the hospital with them and seen them both at there worse

J's lawyer came up to Ellie and eyed her for a few seconds

"So Ellie Ellie what's your name?" She asked

"Ellie Phillips" Ellie said

"Job?" He asked

The judge overruled him and said "Start questioning I haven't got all day man"

The lawyer rolled her eyes and said "Rude"

The lawyer then asked Ellie how J had found her so Ellie told the whole story

"Me and Sarah had just seen her family when we headed home back to my house when we were taken" Ellie told firmly "It was a rough taking"

"How do you know this?" The lawyer asked Ellie

Ellie gulped quickly and said "We'll some of my top was gone when I woke up that's how i know"

"Why was you taken with Sarah?" She was asked

Ellie thought for a tad and said "I'm Jones's aunt as Sarah is Jones's aunt, J didn't actually want us, she wanted Jones and Sam doesn't want to hand her over to a criminal called J so she took me and Sarah and hurt us quite badly so Sam would hand Jones over to her"

Sarah turn to take the stand came and Ellie sat down relived and Sarah was now quite on edge on going to the stand

The judge saw it and told her it be fine and that people escort her to the stand and stay with her the whole time

The judge also told her she was safe with police and nothing would happen to her and Ellie while they were in there care

She was relieved a tad if not a tad scared and nervous again

The judge asked Jessica to keep an eye on Sarah while she took a stand and she agreed to do so, so off to the stand Sarah, Jessica and there escort went

As she went to the stand she looked back at Ellie for assurance and Ellie assured her that she'd be okay and Sarah nodded and went to take to the stand

The police escorting Sarah was Jessica, 3 more from Newtown (Aston, Oscar and Olivia) as well as two police officers from South Wales police

She was asked her name and age

"Sarah Jones aged 13" Sarah smiled as she answered

"Why were you taken?" J's lawyer asked

"Cause J decided to obviously track us in a way she thought she get my uncle to hand over my cousin, which he wouldn't do and neither would I" Sarah said defensive

"Why was you taken with Ellie?" She was asked

"One cause J though two was better then one, also cause she wanted a new pawn once Ellie was ya know" Sarah said solemnly

Sarah was allowed to sit back down and J's lawyer asked where was Sam and Jones and Penny if they were mentioned verbally by there names

As Sarah tried to sit down J launched at Sarah and had only managed to touch her shoulders before she was put back down in her seat by police and secruity

The judge told them the family was currently occupied elsewhere and wouldn't be back in Pontypandy to this situation had been sorted

"So where are they then!" The lawyer that was J's shouted

"Not in the UK, cause that is what J wants is Jones" The judge said looking stern "She's going through the family, next she'll kidnap Hannah and James knowing J"

It seemed Sam had taken protecting his daughter to a new turn, by taking her out of the country, Ellie knew this as Jessica told her

Ellie and Sarah hoped they were okay and they were missing Jones, Sam, Penny, Rose and Lucy as well as Amelia and Liam

The judge had heard enough as J started to shout and rant how they shouldn't of found out about her plan and how she would plan to get through Sam next, if Sam could be taken maybe she'd hand herself in to her

The judge paled and sentenced her to the Maximum security prison in the UK and a watch was told to go automatically onto Sam without him knowing

They were all let out after that and Jessica picked up Sarah who was now fast asleep and Ellie hopped along with her crutches to the train station

A nice relaxing train journey was very much so needed after the days events, luckily she had been found guilty and Jessica informed Malcolm who would later tell the group in Paris without informing Jones
