Teacher Trouble

Hours later and court

The Jones's as well as Ellie and Jodie had been taken to Cardiff via Malcolm and Rose as well as Newtown police

The kids were asleep as they drove and arrived in Cardiff and off to bed they went

Sam had a nightmare so had Jones and Sarah

They got ready for court and Sam held Jones's hand as they walked there as it wasn't that far to walk but as they walked Sam was being shouted at and recived something being thrown at him

Sam got me out of the way as it Sam's shoulder and we joined the rest there once there

We were directed to our seats and Sam rubbed his shoulder quickly before the court master called the court to session

First we saw both Gail and Pat wasn't there only the person who had assaulted Sam a couple of days again and that proof was searched and everyone saw Sam getting jumped out and with all of his effort as Steele

Sam was called to the stand and Sam was looked at up and down and he could feel the tinge in bus shoulder which wasn't enough to make him go up A&E at Newtown Hospital or in his case Cardiff Hospital A&E

"Injured while attending an emergency" the master said to Sam as the attacks lawyer faced Sam and Sam went grim

"I see" was muttered across the room at different levels of noise and volume and the master tapped the bench again

"What were his injuries?" The fire lawyer was asked

"Migraine and bruising of his shoulders which have healed" the fire lawyer answered

Sam closed his eyes swiftly as he felt the tinge again and he when he opened his eyes he saw the proof of him being attacked while at the scene of an emergency and was told to take a sit down

Sam did so and next to take a stand was Penny and she did so

"Injuries?"

"Bruising of her stomach to her muscles and some scratches" the fire lawyer answered

"So Penny"

Penny watched him

"Why were you taken?" She was asked

"I don't know, I think originally they just wanted the girls" Penny said her lips thin

"And you escaped with out any sustainable injuries" She was told

"Most of my role was protecting my daughter" Penny defended her eyes swiftly going to mine

"And your daughter is?"

"Jones" Penny answered

Everyone who didn't know look shocked and the lawyer for Gail and Pat also looked quite shocked and Penny was told to sit down and she did so

The videos of the firefighters body cams of Elvis and Jackson was played and everyone could see how bad the fire was and how much of it was actually inside fire and not outside fire

Then the body cams of Rose, Mark and Jessica were played also and they saw the kids and the adults looking slightly scared and the adults protective of the younger ones, hence why the youngest one escaped with minimal light injuries

The police and fire report was shown to everyone in the room and everyone could tell by the reports how serious it was and that it was taken with the utmost care, they also saw how the Government in the UK had reached and that was shown also

After a slight session of akward silence the photos of the barn fire after it was put out saw how bad it was actually structurally built, and if they hadn't attended and put out the fire that caused it to fall it would've fallen anyway at a later date, so they did a favor really
