Teacher Trouble

A week later and Newtown Primary had reopened

They had found out it was Nick who caused the fire and who had blocked the exit and from this classed would have to be co-taught for a while to stop bullying and other bits and bobs

In the classroom Mrs Estevez was there with Mrs Chen, The whole class had been invited to meet the new Sub that Mrs Sandy found, she made sure she passed the DBS check before she was hired

Apparently Mrs Mason would be here when Mrs Estevez was in Chicago with Firehouse 51

Apparently she worked in England as a headteacher before she came to Wales to work as a sub

Once the rest of the class had gone all that was left was me with my dad and Lucy with her guardian for the time being Rose

I hid behind dad and she introduced herself to Rose and Lucy before she introduced herself to me and my parents and my mum had finished talking to the deputy

The sub according to Mrs Sandy was well known for working with kids like me who had trauma from a young age. Everyone knew I'd be the judge of that.

She'd also had a DBS check done and was clear and had the proof sent over by Great Manchester police to Newtown Police who in turn sent it Pontypandy police and Newtown Primary when Mrs Sandy asked for it

Sam was very pleased to know that she could be trusted and I gave her a slight smile but wouldn't allow her to shake my hand yet, I was nervous sometimes if I met new people I wasn't to sure on

She told my parents she had seen how to treat childhood trauma students like me and Penny asked her a question and this question was "If something was to happen to Jones would anyone be calling us?"

She assured her either her or the other teacher or even Nurse Ella or Mrs Sandy would be phoning the list of my emergency contacts if any of them needed to be called

Rose asked her if she knew what to do if I had a flashback or just had something that reminded me of a traumatic experience

She told Rose that I'd I was to suffer a flashback she would call Nurse Ella and she'd have her meds on her on standby

Rose nodded and told my parents and Lucy that she'd be working when Mrs Estevez wasn't and that she'd be working while our sub right now was working in Chicago with the rest of the CFD

Meanwhile Trevor's bus had picked up the students attending Newtown Secoundary when it had been involed in a RTA, luckily no one was seriously hurt and ambulances and all emergency services were told to head there immediately

I was placed in Jupiter by Arnold to make sure I stayed safe while my parents went with Ellie and a few others to the hospital

Pheonix was also there as well as Squad 3, Truck 81, Engine 51 and Ambulance 61 and police also

Once everyone was out Tom and the others helped them get home while Sarah was given a trauma med by her Uncle Sam which would work in a hours time and off to the hospital they all went

Everyone including Sarah was discharged the same day but they all had to be checked out

Penny stayed with Ellie and Sarah while Sam awaiting Jupiter with his daughter as Elvis had texted him saying they had his daughter and he asked them if they could nicely bring her back to him

They did so and I ran to dad and he held me tight and lead me to the waiting room while we waited for the news on Sarah which meant we didn't have to wait for long as soon Dr Alexander came walking to us from the room Sarah, Ellie and Penny were in

She told us Sarah would need to stay home for a week to recover from shock and a few bruises and that her muscles like everyone else's (who was involed in the crash) could be quite sore and stiff

Soon we all headed home after mum finished talking to Harry, Dr Alexander and Dr Taylor

Once home Ellie and Sarah tucked themselves into a sleeping bag

They were both tired and Ellie asked Steele for some time off, he allowed it and said that if they or anyone needed them Ambulance 61 was ready to help them

Ellie was calming Sarah down after thanking Steele (Her Boss) over text before texting back that it was a great idea they were on standby

They soon both fell asleep and so did the other three (Jones, Sam and Penny) but they fell asleep in Sam and Penny's bed in there bedroom once shoes had been taken off and left downstairs

At the police station Lucy had made a card for her dad and she showed Rose who loved it and she said that her dad would love it to

Lucy loved it to and was glad Rose loved it also and she hoped her dad loved it to, she loved to draw

Rose told Lucy that they'd be seeing her dad tomorrow and Lucy was bouncing up and down with joy, she was starting to miss her dad

Rose showed Penny and Sam it and they both loved it to

Soon Rose and Lucy were watching a film together when Lucy snuggled into Rose and fell asleep and shortly after Rose did also

Malcolm sent a pic to Lucy's dad when he arrived back at the police station to find Rose and Lucy fast asleep

Lucy's dad replied back saying it's cute and that Rose and himself were great babysitters
