Panic gets worse and Ankle

The panic attack was still getting bad so Sam calmed down for his nephew and daughter but only his nephew came up

So Sam asked him where "Jones was"

"She's downstairs, I dragged her to the stairs, she can't stand" James said

"What do you mean can't stand?" Sam asked confused wondering if his nephew and daughter was pulling a prank on him

"When she alerted us about Sarah having a panic attack she fell down them remember" James defended

Sam paled and he remembered and he saw his daughter just laying there looking like she could do with some help and he cursed in Welsh when he realised how much like him his daughter was and that included the stubbornness

He told James to go see the others and he did but he couldn't get Sarah to calm either, the three tried as Sam raced downstairs to where he daughter laid

"Oh hello father" I said

"How did you know it was me?" Dad asked

I looked up at him with a raised eyebrow and dad picked me up into a standing position and placed both feet on the ground

I scrunched up my face as he did so and moved my right leg into a bent motion

"Jones I need you to stand on both feet" Sam said already concerned about her one sided balance

I did so and he let me go and I immediately moved my leg to a bent monitor and this caused me to fall forward and dad caught me

"Okay let's rest that" Sam said as he picked me up into a position he could carry me upstairs with

We then walked into my cousin room and once dad closed the door for we sit down

We then all tried to calm Sarah down and it worked to a bit and Sam told Ellie and Penny to keep her calm and safe while he left for a while and he placed me on the floor as he got what was required and he came back upstairs with it and said "Jones?"

I looked up at him and said "Yeah?"

"I have something of yours we'll two things of yours that were returned" Sam said arms behind his back

"Things of mine that have been returned?" I ask a curious and confused look appearing on my face

"You water bottle and shoes" Sam said as he showed me and I looked shocked but smiled

The others smiled to even Sarah who started to laugh quietly and slowly and Sam placed the water bottle taken apart in the dishwasher and the shoes in the washing machine to be on the safe side

He walked back upstairs and Sarah was cuddled into Sarah and Sam picked up me and made sure my bad ankle dangled

"I don't know if there's anything else wrong with Sarah Sam" Ellie whispered

Sam nodded and checked my ankle
