At the hospital in Ellie's and Sarah's room was Ellie and Sarah alongside Jodie, they were chatting

The reason Ellie and Sarah was still in was due to there rescue out at sea and that they still needed to be in for observations

Dr Alexander walked in and checked Sarah over once more, she was glad there was no water in her lungs and that she wasn't other then a bruise and some redness that was cause by pulling from whatever had held her down in the sea

Dr Alexander also gave her some dinner and a nice cup of tea and was happy when Sarah ate it all up and drank the whole cup

As this was going on Dr Anderson was checking Ellie over and was very suprised that she had escaped a neck and spinal injury. She showed Ellie that she still had some bruising on her back but that they would fade after a while but might hurt when she stood up

Just like Dr Alexander did Dr Anderson also gave Ellie something to eat and a nice cup to tea to drink; just like Sarah did she ate it all up and drank it all

Everyone smiled as they knew that this meant they were feeling marginally better if not better enough to be discharged

After leaving them Jodie ruffled Ellie's hair and knew they were still in some types of shock so tried to calm them and both laughed as Jodie read a story in a funny voice out to them

Bronwyn went to get something out of the cafe for all of them and as she did so Sarah was snuggled into Ellie and stared off into space and was having a flashback and Ellie passed her a trauma meds and she waited to see if it would work

In Jessica's house Mark had open the door to his Newtown crew and let them in

Oscar, Olivia and Aston walked in

"How's you both?" They asked

"We're alright you two?" Aston asked

Mark least them into the living room as he said "We're alright, just been celebrating our engagement and we have the names but we can't tell you them yet"

"Mark, is quite excited as you can see here guys" Jessica smiled and Mark told them all to sit and got them all drinks and they all thanked him

"So when will Malcolm and Rose arrive?" Olivia asked after she took a sip of her tea

"Right now" Mark said when a knock was heard at the door and Mark let Malcom and Rose in

They sat down and once Mark closed the door he offered them both a cup of tea and they drank some

"Congratulations anyway in the engagement" the rest of the police force said in unison

"Thanks" Mark said when he sat next to Jessica

"We've got something to tell you" Jessica said "Mark would you like to say what it is?"

"We have the names for our twins" Mark said with a wide smile and an excited expression on his face

The rest listened

"They are Lucy Jessica and Carter Mark" Jessica smiled

"So cute names" the rest said in unison

"Thanks" Mark and Jessica said in unison

They decided to all have a get over and they all made sure Jessica was safe and comfortable even if Mark wouldn't let her get up unless she needed the loo

In Pontypandy the two Jones's got up and had a shower and they they headed to the tower and once there I got my dads jacket, my mums cap and my phone and I left them in my locker so I can get them after some training but before I did that I texted my dad saying Hey dad love you

Sam texted back saying Love you more be safe

Jones: I've got mum and Ben if I end up in danger

Sam: I'd rather you not be in danger Jones

Jones: love you see you after training

Sam: see you after training

Ben was there to and me and mum got ready to do some lifeguard work and Ben said "Time trail"

I raced Penny downstairs and we headed downstairs, Ben was surveying us as we did so

As we did it we ran from the tower to the beach and into the sea, we both got perfect scores off Ben for both and we headed in for lunch

Lunch was a sandwich and some crisps and then a rescue was called in by Ben over the PA system and we both (Me and Penny) ran into the sea to rescue them

Fortunately they both didn't have need the use of a spinal board or any bad injuries but they were sent to A&E anyway to be on the safe side

Then once that's as done and showers done and changed Penny saw me, her and Sam were in needed of checks (Medical) for lifeguard if and firefighting

Jodie came to do it on both Penny and me as Helen was doing it on Sam, no injections were needed due to them already been done

So the medical checks started
