A sudden court case

With the news about Charlie and Bronwyn being very well as they were in perfect condition and now could go home but we're suprised they couldn't as they were all taken into one room where there was policemen and policewomen

Sarah was allowed to run to her mum and Bronwyn held her tight

"What's going on here?" Charlie demanded to know and he kept Ellie, Sarah and Bronwyn behind him, if someone else had framed someone else in his family as he was still pretty mad someone had framed Penny

"Your daughter and your brothers co-worker was kidnapped and then held hostage in a barn overnight well more so for 9hs" The sercuity guard

Charlie paled and mumbled "I have a brother who has a concussion and is sick as we speak and you didn't think to tell me my daughter was in trouble"

"Charlie not the time" Bronwyn calmed him

"We'll be heading to the court now, Rose here will be tagging along let's go" He said

They all got onto the minibus and they headed to the court room where they were separated and Ellie pulled Sarah close to her and they walked in

Luckily Rose and Sarah's parents were on there side and they saw the culprit facing them

They saw the fire Union lawyer that Ellie knew had gone to Chicago was also there, Steele had hired this one for Pontypandy as he was good with kids which meant he could work really well with Jones and after all she was a Fire Cadet who was training to be a firefighter

"Scared" Sarah had whispered to Ellie and her parents

"Don't worry Sarah, I sadly can't sing a sea shanty in Welsh like Jones can but I'm still here for you know that right?" Ellie whispered

Sarah's heart lurched at the name of her cousin, now with her parents back she was missing Jones and James

Rose bit her lip at the mention of it, she still hadn't told them about the silence

Charlie and Bronwyn however picked up on her unease and they both knew it took tons to trouble the police sergeant like it took tons to trouble Sam and Jones

Ellie took a stand first for Sarah's sake and the master asked her what she expirence

Ellie told them "Well it started at 3am, we were sleeping but I woke up to some footsteps, first I thought it was my niece Jones but then the door slammed opened not slowly opened and then he walked in and started to pull Sarah and me away from the station to the barn"

"Name?" She was asked

"Ellie Phillips" Ellie said

Bit to late to ask this question but rather later then never amirite

"Did you get hurt in anyway?" She was asked

"Yes, she is as a matter of fact sir they both are quite seriously so" The fire union lawyer muttered in and the proof was shown and they all saw the bruises lacing both bodies, more on Ellie's then on Sarah's and everyone knew Ellie had put herself in harms way

"Wonder where she learnt that off?" Charlie whispered to his wife

"Sam she has" Bronwyn whispered back

"And how do you know you were kidnapped after all you could be lying" she was spat at

Ellie was given a towel to wipe her face which she gratefully took to do so and said "Cause I was awake when it happened and there's cameras in the station especially in the places were people sleep or sit"
