In the morning, I grabbed Arnavji's shirt - it being the closest article of clothing - and put it on, buttoning it all the way down. Heading to the bathroom I brushed my teeth and washed up.

When I came out, Arnavji was still asleep. I smiled; he looks so cute when he's asleep.

My phone rang off and I snapped out of thought. Arnavji stirred and woke up, looking quite confused. I couldn't help but to laugh and he frowned at me and got up. I quickly ran to my phone as he tried to grab me.

"Hello," I said as I got my phone and Arnavji grabbed me.

"Hey Khushi! It's me, Viren."

"Oh, hey Vi- Arnavji, let me go."

He was trying to get the best of me while I was busy talking in the phone. He was on my neck and I tried to squirm out of his grip.

"Nope," he simply said.

"Khushi," Viren said. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, he's just messing with me. Go!"

"What," they both asked.

"Not you, him."

"Who," both asked again.

"You!"

"Khushi you're confusing me," Viren said.

I sighed heavily. "Viren you stay on the line," I said, and I turned around to face Arnavji. "As for you, you leave."

"I'm not leaving you anytime soon baby, not in seven lifetimes," he smirked, winking at me, and then went to the bathroom.

Eep! I blushed.

"Khushi?"

"Huh?" And then I remembered. "Oh! Sorry Viren. Arnavji is so.... What's up?"

"Nothing much, bored."

"Oh...."

"So, what are you doing?"

"Nothing much, just got up and now talking to you. I'm spending a whole week away with Arnavji on our honeymoon."

"Oh.... Okay then... I'll talk to you later."

He hung up and I tossed my phone aside. With a stretch, I turned to get dressed, when Arnavji came out.

"Arnavji," I called out to him and he turned. "Your clothes," I said, handing it over to him.

As I turned away, he grabbed me, spinning me around to him.

"What are you doing," I gasped.

"Trying to figure out why you're being so polite," he said.

"Huh?"

"You're being very formal."

"What do you mean?" I thought about it for a moment and realized what he was referring to. "What? You don't like the fact that I call you by your name instead of saying something else?"

"No, I'm glad you call me by my name, and not those formal titles aunties use for their husbands, but it's how you say it."

How can you say it wrong? "Arnavji-"

"There you go again," he said, and I was puzzled. "You add the extra bit at the end."

So what? He's my husband and I'm addressing him politely.

"I don't like how you address me like that," he said, and then a devilish grin came across his face. "As for last night... that sounded a lot better."
