I was so excited to get this vacation started, and it was clear by everyone's face that I wasn't the only one!

It was finally the morning of the day we were going to depart, and everyone was moving around in a frenzy, getting their things loaded up into the car and packing anything else they needed at the last minute. Finally, after getting everything set and ready to go, we headed out. We had a 3+ hour drive ahead of us and all of us were excited! After all, this was our first family trip, let alone road trip to anywhere! Unfortunately, we would be driving separately, but that was okay.

Halfway along the road, we stopped by at a dhaba and had breakfast, and it was absolutely amazing! I can't remember the last time I had food like this, and it was just fabulous! Even Arnav agreed that it was amazing after I convinced him to eat. He at first was iffy about it, but I had convinced him, proving myself to be right.

After breakfast was complete, we headed back out on the road again, driving towards the countryside. It was lovely seeing the green landscape and the various farms, giving a different sense of peace and serenity than the city. Throughout the drive, Arnav held my hand in his, making me feel like we were one of those couples you would see in the movies, all romantic and stuff.

Finally, after what had felt like forever, I could see a house in the distance.

"Is that it," I asked.

"Mm hmm. Welcome to Heaven."

As Arnav drove closer to the house, I was stunned. It wasn't just a house, but a grand villa, which looked absolutely stunning! While it was shaped to look like an ordinary house, it was far from it. The walls were complete glass, basically floor-to-ceiling length windows, large white drapes preventing anyone from looking inside.

"This is so exciting," I squealed.

Arnav grinned at me and pulled up into the driveway. The others pulled up as well and as soon as I saw Payal's face, I knew that she was just as excited as me.

"It's been too long," Nani sighed, smiling softly.

Arnav walked over to her and handed her the keys. She caressed his cheek with a smile, then made her way to the door, unlocking it. To the right was the stairway leading upstairs, as well as the garage, the villa designed in a H-shape, so we all headed left and entered a large and spacious living area, which was connected to the dining area and kitchen.

"Whoa," Payal and I breathed.

On the left was the kitchen, looking absolute modern and sleek, mixed with white and hints of black, as well as wood. It was very clean and pristine, appliances barely visible. But as Dai and Di came in with their bags of baby food, I quickly realized that behind some of the wooden panels was actually two different fridges.

"Wow," both Payal and I gasped.

The stove wasn't even like one of those regular ones, but an electric one, looking like as if someone just placed two sheets of metal on the counter.

"You know," Payal murmured to me, "this was not what I was expecting at all."

No kidding!

We headed on over to the dining area, where a large white table sat, basically enough to sit all of us and a few more. Up ahead was the living area, and once again, Payal and I were completely floored.

"Whoa!"

Like we saw out on the front of the house, the back of the house was also nothing but floor-to-ceiling length windows, which showed a ginormous pool! Just like us, when Nishan saw it, he got excited, ready to jump in.
