365 Days with God (Book One)

Day 42

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD.

What comes in your mind when it talks about wisdom? which is more important to you? to have great knowlege or wisdom? knowledge is limited but when it comes to wisdom especially God given wisdom, it is a gift that anybody couldn't snatch out from you and us. Its good to be knowlegeable but the more you know, the more you did not know. It's just sad to know that many of us fail to seek God's wisdom, "With Him are wisdom and might; To Him belong counsel and understanding" -Job 12:13. It is clearly stated in the scripture that God is of great wisdom, and the question is how do we gain wisdom from God? just rely in this verse: "If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him." -James 1:15. But,sad to say because of our own desires and passions ,we neglect to counsel God's wisdom. Don't let anything or anyone stop you from following Jesus. If you truly want to seek his wisdom, meditate on his word, be faithful in him no matter how hard you face in life,obey his laws, heed in his calling,and add friend who have a close relationship with GOD.


Prayer:

Lord Jesus, grant me to always counsel on your wisdom, I know that if I seek you with all my heart you will give it to me graciously.Thank you Lord. Amen.
