Let your smile change the world, but never let the world change your smile.

Smiling is the best way to relieve ourselves from stress. Smiling should always be on our daily routine. Smiling makes us attractive, and it makes us healthy. God didn't give us teeth for us not to to show it and a mouth not to open it. Do you know that it takes 26 muscles to smile and 62 muscles to frown? We need to expand our muscles sometimes so that it will not worn out. Smiling also releases and produces the hormone Endorphins, Natural Pain Killers and Serotonin. Don't hesitate to smile today, God made you to smile, it's okay to frown but smiling is contagious and it makes everyone else inspired.

God simply wanted us to be happy, "And work with a smile on your face, always keeping in mind that no matter who happens to be giving the orders, you're really serving God." Ephesians 6:7. Meanwhile, If you think that working and serving the Lord is tough and weary you off, then you are probably wrong. Be happy to serve the Lord even if it means so much pain. God is our ultimate source of happiness, don't you ever forget that. Make time for him, rejoice always with him. No pain, no glory as what they say, but no God, there is no happiness. When something goes wrong in your life, don't quickly tell yourself to give up, wear a smile so that your immune system will be boost. A gloomy face is not attractive to look at, you are too beautiful to wear a sad face today l, show to the world that hidden smile that you've been hiding. Never let the world change your smile.

Your smile can change the world. Even if your life is very miserable today, even if you face a lot of giants, still, wear a smile. Even if you're just pretending, a simple smile from you would inspire many. You don't own all the burdens in this world. You are special, you are brilliantly created! Remember this always, "A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushes the spirit." (Proverbs 15:13 NIV)

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, today I will tell the world that I deserve to smile, I deserve to be happy despite of being broken. Thank you Lord for making me cheerful everyday! Amen.
