When you honor God, especially in adversities, it gives the enemy a nervous breakdown.
Praising God's name is a part of a Christians routine whether in bad or good circumstances. If you feel like you can't do nothing about your problem, knock them off before it knocks you down and think about solutions, because God will never give you a problem without solutions.
In your toughest times, always honor God for giving you that problem because God already know that you can handle it and behind those struggles we face, we must seek God's guidance through prayer. He is faithful and just, submit all your worries to him and you will see that the enemy is defeated because you fight for God's glory-- "For you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body." 1 Corinthians 6: 20 ESV
Prayer:
Lord, thank you for being there in tough times, I will honor you forever and ever. Amen.
