"I'll be there soon. I'll pick up some food on my way." Lisa said over the phone.

You took a seat on her cozy bed and continued to listen to her soft voice coming through the speakers of your phone.

"Make yourself comfortable. Turn on a movie and wait for me. I'm looking forward to having a night in with my girl."

"Same here." You replied with a smile. "I love you."

"I love you more."

And with that, the phone call ended.

You looked at the time on your phone before you locked it.

It was almost five.

She was supposed to be here sooner.

You were meant to arrive at her home at four-thirty, where you'd cook a meal and enjoy some quality time together.

However, when you showed up, she wasn't home.

She got caught up in a photoshoot that was running late.

But she'd be home soon, so you're just waiting on her now.

You decided to get up and take a look around her room.

You changed out of your shirt and into one of hers, breathing in her smell that lingered on the fabric.

It was everything.

You started to look through her things, knowing that she wouldn't mind you doing so.

Your eyes were fixed on her jewelry collection, as well as her perfumes.

She had so many perfumes since she was the ambassador for Celine and all of them smelled delightful.

You grabbed the one that isn't just her favorite but yours as well - black tie.

You sprayed a couple of puffs of the perfume onto your skin, one on each wrist and the other on your neck.

You breathed in the scent - the cedar wood and musk scent bringing a sense of comfort to you.

You picked up a couple more, looking over a couple of new ones that she'll be promoting with Celine soon, and as you went to take a sniff of one, you accidentally dropped it onto the floor.

It just slipped right out of your grip and you panicked upon seeing the broken pieces of glass all over the floor.

"Oh no," You mumbled in a panic before you began to try and find something to clean it up with.

But just then, Lisa's voice came from the doorway, and you jumped.

"Y/N, what did you do?"

When you jumped, you accidentally knocked another off of the shelf with your elbow, and, just as the other one did, it shattered all over the floor.

"Why are you so clumsy!?" She yelled as she walked to you. "Move!"

You swallowed the lump in your throat as you moved out of her way.

But as you moved, you weren't watching where you were going and you stepped on a few pieces of glass.

You gasped at the sharp pain and let out a loud groan but Lisa didn't care.

"Look at what a mess you made! What am I going to do?" She groaned as you limped to her bed, trying not to put any pressure on your foot.

There was blood on the floor coming from your foot and tears stung your eyes from the pain.

"I can't believe you!"

"Lisa," You spoke in pain.

"You're so annoying! Now I have to figure out how to explain this to Celine,"

"Lisa, it hurts,"

Those two words made her snap out of her anger.

She looked at you and saw you sitting on her bed in tears, clutching your bleeding foot.

She let out a few curse words before rushing to your side.

"I stepped on some glass." You sniffled.

"Stay right here. I'm going to grab the first aid kit." She said before rushing into her bathroom, returning a mime later.

Thankfully, the glass hadn't gone deep.

It came out easily and you were both relieved to see that it wasn't enough to require any stitches.

"You have to be careful not to walk on it much."

"So I can't dramatically storm out of here in anger?"

She chuckled as she finished wrapping your foot up.

"I'm sorry." She said as she looked at you.

You could see she was sincere and genuine.

She was truly sorry.

But her words hurt you deeply nonetheless.

"I know you are. But you hurt my feelings. I didn't do it on purpose. I would never do that. I don't mean to cause problems or be annoying."

"You're not annoying. I was just frustrated and I said things I shouldn't have. I didn't mean anything that I said."

You nodded as you stared into her eyes.

"I brought food. If you'll forgive me for being an idiot, we can curl up in bed and eat while we watch some movies."

"Okay."

She kissed your lips softly.

"I love you lots, baby."

"I love you too." You said and put your head on her shoulder as she held you close, continuing to repeatedly apologize to you despite you promising that it was all behind you now.
