A long groan escaped your lips as you uncomfortably shifted around in bed.

Lisa was laying down beside you, munching on one of her favorite snacks while she watches the movie she's been impatiently waiting to see.

But your groans are starting to become distracting.

"Babe," She sighed.

"Sorry, I can't help it. My tummy hurts." You whined as you lay down on your back again.

"I know it does. I told you that it would." She said as she looked over at you.

She saw the look of pure misery on your face and though it broke her heart to see, it didn't surprise her at all that you weren't feeling very well.

"Can you not start with the 'I told you so' stuff when I feel so lousy?" You asked and gave her a little pout, making her roll her eyes.

"What did you think would happen? You drank four cups of milk tea, Y/N. You should've known that too much of it would give you a stomach ache."

"I know but I didn't care at the time. It's just so good." You said and sank your teeth into your lip.

Just thinking about it was making you crave more of it.

"You are not getting another one delivered from the restaurant today."

"That's not fair. I'm an adult, you can't tell me what to do." You argued.

She put her bowl on the table before rolling onto her side to face you.

"I'm not trying to tell you what to do, Y/N. I'm looking out for you. Your stomach already hurts and you feel a little nauseous. You've had too much milk tea for the day. You don't need anymore."

"I didn't drink that much." You mumbled and she looked at your nightstand where all of the empty cups were.

"Look at your nightstand. You drank one large, a medium, and two small ones already!"

You looked away from her eyes, only to look back up at her as she put her hand on your stomach and began to rub it in comfort.

"Please don't make yourself feel worse." She pleaded. "No more milk tea for the day. I hate seeing you this way."

"I know." You quietly said. "I'm just so obsessed with it. It tastes so good."

"It is very good but it's not good for you to drink in large amounts like you did today. It makes you feel gross."

"You're right." You sighed.

"I'm sorry for scolding you but sometimes, it's necessary. If it keeps you from making yourself feel even worse, I have no choice."

You nodded understandingly.

"Just relax. Take a break from the milk tea for a day or two. Drink some water, cuddle with me, and you'll feel better before you know it."

You snuggled a little closer to her and she cracked a sad smile before holding you a little closer, hoping that you'd feel a little better soon.
