"I'm here to serve a purpose."

"Girl I know I ain't picture perfect."

"One more thing I know for certain."

"If you leave I'll close the curtain." Keigo smiled as the beat ended.

He took off his headphones and put them on the stand before running out to where Kaina was who was making sure the beat was on tune.

"It's great!" Keigo said as he jogged up to Kaina and pulled her into a hug.

Kaina chuckled. "I'm glad that you like it." She says to the man who quickly kisses her.

"I love it." He says as he lets up the kiss and smiles at the woman.

"Shit, we couldn't do it without that kid Deku, can't believe he wrote almost the whole song." Kaina said surprised and Keigo nodded as he backed away and grabbed a joint.

"Yeah, I've told the kid I could make him be like me but he wants a more normal life." Keigo shrugged as he lit the joint and took a puff.

"He could just be a writer. I mean he's damn good at it." Kaina shrugged as she put her hand out.

Keigo nodded as he handed her the joint.

The two smoked weed, not often, but they did nonetheless.

"I'll ask him at the festival." Keigo said as he exhaled with a grin.

"Make sure you don't get high as shit at the festival. Gotta set a good example for the kids." Kaina told the man who nodded.

"Of course babe, I promise." Keigo chuckled as he took back the joint.

"By the way are you ever gonna tell him the actual reason you know him?" Kaina asks the main who shrugs.

"If it comes up again I might as well." Keigo tells the woman as he pulls out his phone.

"I mean it's nothing to really hide." Kaina said but Keigo shook his head.

"He's told us multiple times he doesn't want his family to know what he's doing in America. Midoriya doesn't know that, so he'd probably accidentally snitch." Keigo says before he goes to text izuku.

"I guess..." Kaina mumbled.

*Yo! You guys having a good time?* keigo messaged izuku.

In Miami Izuku laid in the bed of the room the two had gotten. He had a stomach ache as apparently he wasn't good with boats. Not that he knew this beforehand, it took until the 5th day of the cruise for him to actually get the aches.

He missed land.

Ochako on the other hand was on the deck getting some sun.

Izuku heard the ding of his phone and opened it.

He read the message and groaned.

*My stomach is messed up. I'm sea sick, but Ochako is having a good time so I don't mind it that much.* He messaged back before resting his phone on his forehead.

He turned off his ringer so that the ding wouldn't scare him.

A few seconds later the phone vibrated in his hand. He opened his eyes and saw another message from Keigo.

*nah that's crazy bro, sorry to hear that. Only today and tomorrow and you're off. Also, make sure your parent's are cool for you to perform tomorrow.* Keigo messages making izuku cringe slightly at the 's after parent.

*Alright, I will.* Izuku messages back before sitting up.

For the first time in a while his father came to mind. He frowned.

'Hope I'm making you proud dad...' He thought to himself before Ochako opened the door to the room.

"Hey!" Ochako said with a smile before she noticed his clear disheartened look.

"What's wrong?!" Ochako said walking over to the boy and sitting down next to him.

"Ahh..." Izuku sighed.

"Just, thinkin' about my dad." Izuku admitted and Ochako frowned.

"It's been a while huh..." Ochako said as she started to rub his back. Izuku chuckled.

"Yeah, it has been a while since I've been down about it. Since that time so much shit has happened you know?" Izuku says to the girl as he offers his hand to her.

She nods as she takes his hand.

"A lot has happened, and look at how good you're doing now." Ochako smiled at the boy who chuckled.

"I guess...still just feels a little weird. And I hope I'm making him proud you know? He always told me to treat the girl I get with right." Izuku laughed as he recalled a memory from many years prior.

Ochako smiled again. "Well in that case you're definitely making him proud." She told the boy while squeezing on his hand.

He smiled but Ochako could tell he was sad. She couldn't blame him either, she couldn't imagine losing a parent, let alone at such a young age.

"I feel...like I'm way too ungrateful." Izuku muttered and Ochako tilted her head a bit.

"Why?" Ochako asked the boy who looked over to her.

"I mean...so many people have it worse than me, yet here I am all down. I mean, a famous singer is giving me 100k which is insane, and then he's gonna have me perform a song I wrote. At a festival with thousands of people. Yet I'm still, sad." Izuku was slightly angry at himself.

Ochako put a hand on the boys face.

"Izuku just because people have it worse doesn't mean your experiences aren't your own." She said to the boy who looked at her while still frowning.

"You've had it rough, specifically in middle school. If anything, you deserve a break." Ochako laughed while squeezing the boys cheek.

He smiled.

"You always know how to make me feel better." Izuku told the girl who chuckled as she caressed his face.

"I do my best. Because you deserve that." She told the boy who could be seen almost crying.

"Who am I kidding...I'm so grateful for everything in my life right now." Izuku said before laughing as tears started to stream down his face.

He tackled Ochako into a hug and she laughed as she held him close.

"The song that I wrote." Izuku said as he sniffled and looked into Ochako's eyes with a grin.

"I wrote it for you...way back when Camie threatened me. I was gonna perform it at the first year dance but I never got to finish it. So I'm happy I'll get to perform it for you." Izuku smiled as he reached up and put his hands on the pendent he bought Ochako.

"I'm happy I'll be able to hear it." Ochako giggled.

"You fell from the stars and I'm starstruck" izuku read the pendent out.

"That was part of the song, so I wanted to immortalize it on that pendent. If you were wondering." Izuku chuckled to himself as he layed the pendent back on Ochako's chest.

Ochako smiled.

"Now I'm looking forward to hearing it even more."
