Ok this chapter is more just wholesome then anything else but,Craziest shit ever. I finally decided an end for this story. There's still a LOT left I wanna do, but now I know the ending.
And I know the start to the sequel ;).
Camie ended up regretting it. The night the two went out she had to order milk to help sooth the burning in her mouth. Bakugo was there for her, but didn't let up on teasing her.
It was now Friday evening. The night Eri and Kota agreed to go out, well really it was Bakugo that got them to go since he's the one who messaged Eri the previous Saturday using Kota's phone.
Kota was nervous. He saw this as a date, even though the plan was to go to the gym, then go get food.
He was outside of Eri's house. The gym was close so they decided to walk.
"Hey!" Eri said as she walked outside and waved to the boy.
"Hey Eri, are you ready to go?" Kota asks the girl she nods and walks up to him.
"What do you think?" Eri spins around showing off her outfit.
Kota smiled. "Cute." He said to the girl who giggled. "Thank you." She thanked the boy.
She had worn the same outfit that Kota chose for her a few days prior. Black leggings, red shirt and black vest.
Kota had black jeans on with a white button up shirt. He had a more casual outfit for when they got to the gym in his bag. Same with Eri.
"Oh! Before we go to the gym can we go to a store? I wanna get something." Eri asks Kota who nods as he turns around.
"We can do whatever, I don't really mind." Kota shrugged as he started walking toward the road.
Eri followed close behind. "So, what made you ask me out like this?" Eri asked the boy whose face immediately gained a small blush.
"Oh...well...I wanted to go out with you." Kota answers, not really answering anything.
Eri just smiles and shakes her head. "Whatever you say Kota." She says to the boy while catching up and walking next to him.
Kota stifles out a small laugh as they reach the street. Eri was to his right. She slowly reached her hand out and touched Kota's. He jumped a bit and looked over to the girl who had a small blush on her face.
"You scared me..." Eri mumbled before giggling.
"I only jumped because you suddenly touched me, so it's your fault I scared you." Kota puffed his cheeks and looked away again.
Eri slowly started to bring her hand back to her side but before she could Kota grabbed it, intertwining his fingers with hers. Eri blushed again but smiled while looking back in front of them.
"If you wanted to hold my hand you could've just said so...didn't have to scare me." Kota told the girl while his eyes were closed, embarrassment written all over his face in the form of a blush.
Eri just kept smiling. "I'll keep that in mind." She told the boy while squeezing down on his hand.
The two continued to walk to the store Eri wanted to go to, Eri lead him.
"Your hands are warm as well you know." Kota says out of nowhere.
Eri looks over to the boy and giggles. "It's because yours are. We're keeping eachother warm now. Which is good because it's pretty damn cold out..." Eri said and the boy nodded.
"I wish I was old enough to drive this wouldn't be as complex." A small shiver shot down the boys spine as a small wind chill entered the area.
Eri noticed the boy shiver and stopped before turning around and wrapping her vest around the two of them. "Eri?" He asked the girl as the warmth from the vest transferred onto him.
"Don't need you getting sick right?" She smiled, the two were face to face.
"Uh...yeah..." Kota had a small blush on his face as he looked at the girls eyes.
The two stood in that position for a few seconds as the wind slowly died down.
"You have pretty eyes..." Kota mumbled while enamored with the girls apple colored red eyes.
"I could say the same to you." Eri closed her eyes and giggled.
Kota had dark blue eyes, in combination with his black hair it made him an attractive boy to a lot of girls.
Kota smiled.
The wind had stopped but the two stayed close together.
"I never really pay attention when we get close like this...like I just now noticed your eyes are dark blue..." Eri told the boy as she examined his blush ridden face.
"Oh...well I've known since we met that you have those red eyes. I really do think they're pretty..." Kota said to the girl and she smiled.
"Thank you. I appreciate that." The girl giggles and is about to move away but Kota puts his arms on her shoulders.
"Can we stay here for a bit? I'm still cold..." Kota asked the girl who was slightly taken back but nodded.
"Sure..." She pulled herself closer to Kota and lays her chin on his shoulder.
Kota was slowly getting taller. Eri could barely keep her chin on his shoulder anymore she had to boost herself up a bit using her tippy toes.
Kota noticed this and slightly bent his knees so that the girl didn't have to go out of her way to lean on his shoulder.
Eri smiled. "You know...if you wanna hug you can just ask me. No need to pretend you're cold." Eri almost replicates the sentiment Kota showed earlier about holding hands, this time with being cold being the excuse.
Kota had a blush on his face and smiled as he let his hand wrap around the girl fully this time. He had noticed that she used his own wording, so he decided to do the same.
"I'll keep that in mind." He continued to smile and Eri giggled.
"Good." She told him.
A small silence fell between the two and a few seconds after Kota spoke up.
"It would probably help to go inside somewhere...otherwise we will just stay cold." Kota pointed out, the flaws in both of their logic finally bursting into his mind.
"That's true...we're almost at that store I wanted to go to...but I forget why I wanted to go there." Eri admitted with an embarrassed blush on her face as she backed away from Kota and turned around.
"Well...maybe if we go browse the store you'll remember what you wanted." Kota prompted to the girl who nodded.
Eri grabbed Kota's hand again and started to drag him toward the store.
"Let's go!"
