Chapter 131: Izuku's 17th Birthday

Don't worry this won't be like the Katsuki's 18th chapter :).

"You know...I'm 17 now. Isn't that crazy?"

Izuku was sat up in Ochako's bed, they had both just woken up. It was now the morning of Izuku's birthday.

"Yeah, in one year you'll be a legal adult."

Izuku shuddered. "Ew."

Ochako laughed before patting Izuku's shoulder. "Don't worry, I'm not too far behind."

Izuku nodded while looking down. "That's true."

"Are we gonna talk about last night?"

Ochako sighed. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have made such advances..."

Izuku shook his head. "No it's fine;im just curious why it was so sudden. Also...I was a little surprised to see you do something like that."

"Listen...a certain point in the month not that point but the week after,my estrogen levels go through the roof. You know what that means, don't you?"

"You get extra." Izuku put air quotes up. "Excited."

Ochako blushed a bit while nodding. "If you didn't figure it out by now, it's not the same week every month. Which is annoying, but whatever."

"Yeah I've noticed. So there's a chance in the future I'll have a heart attack thinking you missed your period but really it's just inconsistent?"

Ochako snorted a bit before nodding. "Yeah, that's the blunt way of putting it. Bold of you to assume we'd go that far without protection though."

Izuku raised a brow. "Notice how last night you were on track to do that yet there's not a condom in sight here is there?"

Ochako opened her mouth to speak but had nothing to say. She closed her mouth and just nodded. "Yeah I guess you're right."

"You know Izuku you're very mature about stuff like this. It's a pleasant surprise."

Izuku looked a bit confused. "Huh?"

"You know; periods and stuff like that."

Izuku chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck. "A lot of my life has been lived with only my mom in the house. So I guess it never bothered me. Even when my dad was around he was always at work."

Ochako laughed and shook her head. "He was around enough to teach you to defend your girlfriend though."

Izuku chuckled and nodded. "Yeah, got these hands from him I guess." Izuku blew air onto his clenched fists. Imitating how some people in movies would blow at the casket of a gun after shooting it to disperse the gunpowder left over.

The two started to laugh before the door opened. "Happy birthday izuku!"

Ochako's mom walked over to the two and hugged izuku, he hugged back and smiled. "Thanks mom, I appreciate it."

Ochako's mom giggled before putting her hand on izuku's chin. "Of course. Little Izuku's all grown up. I still remember when you and Ochako were young and would run around the backyard all day keeping yourselves entertained!"

Izuku smiled and nodded. "Good ol' days."

"Oh my, don't start saying that;soon enough you'll realize you're in the midst of the good ol' days." Ochako's father walked in while yawning.

Izuku laughed while rubbing the back of his neck. "Yeah I guess you're right."

Ochako's father patted izuku on the shoulder. "Happy birthday buddy."
