Toga still hadn't talked to Tenko about what she and Ochako discussed 2 days prior. Her and Tenko's friendship had slightly come back.
Difference being now they hooked up pretty consistently.
At least they were being safe though.
Tenko was walking back toward the cafeteria with Toga close behind.
"Cool that those two get along well right?" Tenko says to the girl while holding the door open for her.
Toga giggles and nods while walking inside. "It's cute, just unfortunate that Eri is so dense..." Toga says and Tenko scoffs. "For real." He says as the two get closer to the cafeteria.
"Do you actually wanna go with me by the way?" Tenko asks the girl who chuckles. "Yeah dude of course." She replies to the boy cringing at herself.
Oh how much she wanted to be more than friends with benefits.
Bakugo yawned, he was sitting at the table with everyone but he wasn't as hyper as everyone else was. After all he had known about homecoming. Same with Shoto.
"Yo Bakugo! Who you gonna with?!" Kirishima asked from across the table.
Bakugo smirked and shrugged. "I don't know man. Haven't thought of it." He lied as he pulled out his phone.
"Hey you've got options bro don't worry about it." Kaminari said putting his hand on the boys shoulder.
Jiro furrowed her brows while elbowing Kaminari in the side. "Don't make comments like that Denki!" She scolded the boy.
"Ow!" The boy complained and Bakugo chuckled before standing up.
"I need to make a call, I'll be right back." The boy said waving to the table.
On the way out Bakugo ran into Toga and Tenko.
"What's up bro." Bakugo fist bumped Tenko as Toga gave him a quick hug.
Tenko felt a slight bit of jealously which was ironic because he had done much more than just hug the girl.
Bakugo walked outside. He scrolled on his phone until he saw Camie's contact. It was a school day but Bakugo said fuck it and called the girl.
A bit of anxiety ran through the boys body, this was insanely abnormal for him and it made him feel weird. The phone rang a few times. The ringing stopped.
"Hello?" Camie's voice came through the phone.
Bakugo felt a shiver down his spine.
"Uh hey Camie." Bakugo said with one hand in his pockets.
"What's up Baku-bae?" Camie asks the boy who chuckles.
"Well, my schools having a homecoming dance. I was wondering if you'd wanna be my date?" Bakugo asks outright. Surprising himself.
Camie could be heard giggling from the other side of the phone.
"Never thought an underclassmen would be asking me to a dance." She continued to giggle and Bakugo blushed a bit.
"Well...there's a first time for everything I guess." Bakugo mumbles and Camie smiles.
"See, usually I'd say no to something like this." Camie says making Bakugo cringe.
"But." She started and Bakugo perked up.
"I'd kill to see you in a suit, so sure, I'll go with you." Camie says followed by a giggle.
Bakugo smiles. "Alright cool, I'll pick you up 2 weeks from Friday at 6pm alright?" Bakugo asks the girl who is silent for a second.
"How about we meet up before then? So we can get to know eachother a little more." The girl asks and Bakugo's eyes widen.
