Luna

Lunar seemed to be feeling better as she walked into his room, Lunar hardly cared about her presence. He simply acknowledged her as she walked in and she looked around before walking over and saying "you feeling better now?" Lunar simply grunted and ignored her and Luna poked him "stop ignoring me, it's rude" Lunar glared and snapped "well I'm busy-!" "no no no" Luna said "I think I deserve a thank you" "a what-?" Lunar said confused and she repeated "I think I deserve a thank you" she stared down at him. 

Lunar was silently staring at her and she rubbed her temples "say thank you for me helping you and getting you medicine and making sure you have a break and don't be harassed by Lunar's" Lunar just blinked at her and said "uhhhhhhhhhh" Luna stared at him before saying "is this a pride thing? Or do you actually not know what you're doing..?" "I-I know what a thank you is!" Lunar said quickly and Luna said "then say thank you" Lunar kinda just stood there and blinked at her. 

"Seriously, you look like a confused toddler right now, a thank you is something you say when someone helps you with something. For example, no, listen!" she grabbed his shoulder "for example, lets say Timmy needed help moving a big animal cage and he asked Roderick for help, Roderick helps and Timmy says thank you. It is a polite saying" she said this slowly like she was talking to a toddler. 

Lunar gave her an offended look, probably at her tone, and she said "you understand? Because even little Timmy knew this I'm sure in daycare, hmm?" she admitted, the fact he seemingly didn't know how to apologize was very much a concerning revelation, he looked very confused. Lunar glared and said "I knew how-" "then why were you confused? A simple thank you wouldn't have been hard," Luna poked him gently as she held his shoulder with a gentle hand. 

"Listen to me" she said "don't turn away, I could tell you were confused. Not confused in a 'what do I apologize for?' way but a 'what in the world is this lady talking about?' way. So, that is concerning." She grunted and dragged him to the couch, he struggled and snapped "let me go you co-!" "now now, that is not polite" she said "we do not call people names" "why are you treating me like a toddler all of a sudden?!" he growled and she said "maybe because I'm starting to worry about how much you know, first you don't know how to take a pill, which I was willing to look over and not think much of, but then you clearly didn't know what a thank you is nor do I think you understand it!" Lunar snapped "so?!" "SEE YOU ADMIT!" she said "you didn't know what a freaking thank you is! Do you see why I'm concerned?!" Lunar stared at her before saying "I don't understand" she took a deep breath to calm herself down. 

"Okay" she said trying to convince herself this is not a concerning situation "this is fine-" "can I go now-" "NO!" she snapped and Lunar flinched back in surprise, that was the first time she's seen him do anything like that. She took a deep breath and Lunar said "can you leave?" "nope" she said "I am not leaving, we're going to learn some things, what's next, you don't know how to read?! Is that why you never send text messages!" "Don't be ridiculous!" he snapped "I sent you one when you didn't go to my laboratory" "good!" she snapped in his face and she took a deep breath. 

"Explain to me, a thank you" she said to him and Lunar went quiet before saying "uhhhhhh... you uh" she stared at him silently getting more and more nervous by the second. This is already taking him way too long to be normal and for him to know, "uhhhhhhhhhh, you know what this is stupid!" he said and she frowned at him as he said clearly starting to doubt what he knows "begone, I-uh- your Great One, forbid you from-" she smacked her fist onto his head gently, not enough to hurt but enough to shut him up.

"I don't believe that 'Great One' stuff anymore" she simply said "I am not letting you boss me around, in fact, right now I'm going to boss you around. Sit, come on" Lunar growled "you can't tell me what to do!" "I can, sit. Because your acting like a toddler, and I'm over it." She growled at him "SIT."

The computer said "damn" Lunar stared at her silently and she said "do I have to say it again?" Lunar stared at her and she did the first thing she could think of, why? She has no idea, she doubted it would work. "One.." "huh?!" Lunar yelped "two..." "Why are you counting?! What is going on?!" he yelped looking confused and alarmed. It was concerning her that this seemed to be working, it made her wonder what his mental age was again.

She has also pieced together that Eclipse did teach him nothing, he had to learn on his own and that simply didn't work out... "Three..." she said pointing at the couch and Lunar just kinda stood there confused and she said "four..." "what are you doing?" he asked confused she took a deep breath and said "five" he stared at her silently and she sighed "okay, I think your frozen up now."

She is dumbfounded and incredibly worried by his reaction to that, "please tell me your mental age" Lunar said "no." Luna took a deep breath and asked "computer, hello! Uh, what is Lunar's mental age?" the computer was silent for a very long moment before saying "three" "oh" she said and Lunar cursed and yelled "computer wh-" "I think she needs to know" the computer said. 

Luna was silent staring at him and she said "well I'm a mental age of four, and you're younger than me. And you appear to be taught less when it comes to manners and things like that than me" she grunted softly "you concern me Lunar, you really do. How much did Eclipse teach you?" now she knows Eclipse is a way better person now. 

He pretty much left Lunar in the dark and Lunar did not learn anything about how to be a decent robot. That sucks actually... "I uh-" Lunar said "stuff!" "mmmhm" Luna said "what kind of stuff?" it's not often you see Lunar struggling on what to say, he usually lies on the spot and/or says something smart or grouchy. "I know you know a lot of science, though I am guessing you snooped a lot to learn that" she said and Lunar kinda just stared up at her not knowing what to do. 

Pity filled her as she realized just how serious this seemed to be, "okay... how about this" she said "we'll make brownies together, okay?" "what-?" Lunar said confused and she said "you know how to cook right?" "It's like science?" Lunar asked and she shrugged "in a way? Yes, baking is" she grunted softly "just uh, come on" never in her life did she foresee that conversation, ever. 

Lunar needed actual help jesus- well we already knew that but... uhh... he's more misled and clearly clueless at times than her. 

"I don't want to make brownies" Lunar grunted "I have work to do" she said "well your making brownies with me" she said grabbing his hand and dragging him to the kitchen, "you still have four days off, use them" Lunar glared at her and she asked "Computer can you spawn-?" "yes I can spawn brownie ingredients" "okay" she said and Lunar struggled to escape her grip and she said "please calm down," the computer said "ingredients should be in that box," she saw the box Computer was talking about and said softly "thank you," she took the ingredients and walked back to the kitchen. 

She lifted Lunar up and put him on her shoulder, Lunar was stiff and he clung to her shoulders with his claws not looking happy about what's happening and she asked "you have brownies before?" "No." Lunar said sounding very mad and she said "well, today's the day you try a brownie" she said as she began to make the brownies and preheat the oven.

"I'm sure you'll like them..." she said softly.
