The Beginning Of The Festival (CH.116)

Y/N's Pov

After leaving Togaru in the table, I went back to Itsuka's room, where both Eri and her were starting to wake up. "Hey, you two. Ready to start the day?" I asked with a bit of playfulness, especially as I realized that they seemed to share the same bed hair, which made me let out a chuckle.

As the two of them yawned in unison, I set down the plates on Itsuka's desk, since it was the closest thing to a table in the room, as Itsuka then said. "Good morning, Y/NN." While Eri got down from bed to sleepily hug my leg, while also trying to mutter out something.

I assumed that she was also greeting me for the day, but it was clear just how groggy she still was from waking up, so I picked her up and said. "Good morning, darling. You should eat something." As I then placed her down infront of her plate, and as Itsuka joined her for, the two of them started eating what I made.

I joined then shortly after, and in just a few minutes, they were already able to at least talk properly. We had a pretty nice chat, as Eri even shared with us a few drawings she had made yesterday, and I know I'm not the most unbiased judge, but I've gotta say that I really liked them. She has some real talent.

Either way, since we were about to finish eating, I asked. "So, Eri, just to be sure, you know today's plan, right?" Something that at first confused her, as she just looked at me with a puzzled expression, so I continued with. "You know, the thing we talked about two days ago with Lemillion?" And now she finally understood.

"Oh, right." She said, so I asked her to explain to me, just to be sure, and so she started remembering. "Right, Mommy and you will be busy in the morning, so I will be with Lemillion most of the morning. We will go to your dance party, and then to Mommy's beauty event. After that we will walk around with Deku and umm, oh, Uraraka, right?" I'll be honest, I was quite surprised that she was able to remember all that, seeing that it had been a while since we explained it to her, so I said.

"Yes, that's perfect sweetie." I then ruffled her hair lightly, earning a chuckle from her. By this point we were also done with our food, so I put aside our plates to take them down later, and we went ahead and got ready for the day.

We were pretty quick about it, mostly because both me and Itsuka were going to get changed later for the festival, and so we got to focus mostly in Eri. We got her in her favorite dress, made sure to properly groom her hair, which she thoroughly enjoyed, and after just a bit, we were ready.

After picking up a few more things, we walked out of the room and down the stairs, finding out that most of the class was already up and eating breakfast as well. We waved and greeted them, but unfortunately, I couldn't stay for long, as I had to take Eri with Mirio and go back with my class to get ready.

Itsuka did stay behind though, since Reiko was helping her out as a sort of assistant for her clothes, so she had to wait for her regardless. As Eri and I left, the two of them shared a hug to say goodbye, as Eri also waved goodbye to all of our friends, and we left.

Luckily, she wasn't bummed out from having to leave Itsuka, as she was instead excited to pass time with Mirio again, as she spent the entire way she beaming with excitement and telling me about all the fun things she wanted to do in the afternoon that she had read about in the school pamphlets.

I was just very happy to see her so excited, so I played along with her, but soon enough, we arrived at Mirio's dorm, and he was already waiting for us. "Hey there, Y/N! Hi, Eri!" He exclaimed almost as soon as he could see us.

"Lemillion!" Lightly exclaimed Eri when she saw him, and once I set her down, she immediately went towards him to talk to about all the same stuff she was telling me, which made both me and Mirio let out a chuckle.
