Valentine's Day:

Marinette and Alya stood in the schoolyard, discussing schoolwork when Alya smirked, realizing the occasion.

"So, what did you get your boyfriend of two weeks for Valentines Day?" Alya snickered, wiggling her eyebrows.

Marinette blushed, crossing her arms. "Oh, er, I... It's personal."

"Personal? Now when was the last time you kept anything personal from me?"

Oh, maybe about me being a superhero, Marinette thought.

"Tell me!" Alya exclaimed, shaking her best friends' arm.

"Fine!" Marinette exclaimed in defeat. She reached into her purse and pulled out a tiny box. She opened it up and revealed a black watch that was detailed with lime green. In the center was a cat paw.

Alya stared at the watch, dumbfounded. "Since when did Adrien like cats?"

"Hey," a warm male voice cooed from behind Marinette. She smiled and turned around to see Adrien standing there.

"Happy Valentine's Day, Princess," Adrien cooed, kissing Marinette on the forehead.

"And when did Adrien start calling you Princess?" Alya questioned, pointing a finger at the blonde boy.

"Oh, since fur-ever," Adrien smiled.

Marinette quickly elbowed him in the side, causing him to grunt. It was way too soon for cat puns.

"Well, uh," Adrien coughed. He reached into his bag and pulled out a little box.

He handed the box over to Marinette. She opened it up and gasped.

Inside was a beautiful silver chained necklace. I'm the center, a red jewel hung off it that was in the shape of a teardrop. Inside the jewel were black dots that glimmered when moved into the sun. It resembled her Ladybug outfit.

Alya gasped, peering over Marinette's shoulder. "Wow! A Ladybug themed necklace. Where'd you get it?"

"It's from my father's collection," Adrien replied with a toothy grin. He looked at Marinette. "Do you like it?"

"Adrien, I love it!" she squealed, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Thank you."

"No problem," Adrien replied.

Marinette let go of Adrien and then reached into her purse, pulling out his gift. She handed the tiny box over to him.

He opened it up and his eyes filled with happiness. A wide smile formed on his face as he stared at the watch.

Alya stared at the watch, not as impressed as she was with the necklace. "A cat watch. Cute."

Marinette found it funny that Alya was so oblivious to the Chat Noir themed watch. And the fact that she still hadn't put the pieces together about their identities.

"Thank you," Adrien smiled at Marinette. He gently grabbed her waist and pulled her close, giving her a sincere hug.

"No problem," Marinette whispered. She nestled her head into his shoulder.

Halloween:

"Don't fret kids!" Chat Noir exclaimed triumphantly, trying to calm the swarm of terrified children down. "Allow me to tell you some de-fright-ful jokes! Hahahaha!"

The children all stopped and stared at Chat Noir. He cleared his throat. "Now sit down. LB instructed me to calm you guys down while she deals with the bad guy. Got it?"

The kids all nodded and sat down, tears streaming down their faces.

"I want my mommy," one little girl dressed a Ladybug called out.

"It's too dangerous for you to find your mommy," Chat replied, frowning. "Just stay here and once the bad guy is taken care of I'll help you find your mommy."

"What are you?" a little boy wearing a pirate costume called out.

Chat huffed. "Oh gee, wonder what I could be." He pointed to his cat ears. "Does this ring a bell?" He then laughed quietly to himself. "Haha. Ringing a bell."

"You're a wolf?"

Chat facepalmed himself. "Okay, you know what, I'm just gonna tell some jokes now. What is a ghosts favorite dessert?"

The children all stared at Chat boringly.

"Ice scream!" Chat exclaimed.

Someone coughed.

Chat frowned, his ears drooping. "You kids are a tough crowd."

"Psst!" a voice whispered from beside him. He turned his head and saw Marinette standing behind a tree. He noticed that her hair was a mess and her clothes were ripped and tattered.

"Uh, wait here for a sec kids!" Chat said quickly before rushing over to Marinette.

"What the heck happened? Are you alright?" he asked.

"Yes, there was just a minor complication. Looks like our akuma can summon undead friends," Marinette breathed.

Chat's eyes widened. "Seriously?"

"Yes," Marinette nodded.

Chat grabbed his baton. He placed a hand on Marinette's shoulder. "Stay with the kids until I get back. I'll be a distraction to give you enough time to rest up."

Marinette nodded before Chat extended his pole and flew away into the night. The kids stared at his fleeing figure in awe.

Marinette slowly approached the kids and held her hand up. She awkwardly waved. "Uh, hi."

"Please tell me you're gonna tell us some funny jokes," the little girl wearing a Ladybug costume shouted out.
